"Property was just as described. Nice and roomy. Our first stay in a VRBO. Cupboards and drawers were labeled, easy to find what you need. Plenty of towels. Communication with host was excellent, quick replies. Lots of good places to eat in town, especially downtown."

"This place was great! We stayed to move our college students into CSU and CSoM. Easy to get to both. Lots of little details in the house that made the stay very easy. Gadget chargers everywhere; good nightlights; good WiFi; great back deck; very close to downtown Longmont with lots of restaurant choices; and easy parking. We will definitely be back!"

"Probably one of the best Vrbo places we have ever stayed at. Very clean and well maintained with labels on all the drawers and light switches so that you know what where everything it. Great balcony to sit on at night and enjoy. Clearly a very experienced host that has everything well thought out for your stay. Best of all was that you can walk to so many great restaurant, bars, and shops. Downtown Longmont is awesome and so is this Vrbo!"

"The house was as described and pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated and had everything needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also, great communication from Stacy the Reservation Manager. The only thing that could be explained clearer in the description is the fact that there is no master bathroom off the master bedroom. However, that wasn't a big issue for us. We would definitely rent this house again."

"We’ve stayed here twice and both times have been phenomenal! You can tell the VRBO is professionally cleaned and well taken care of. Stocked with plenty of dishes, soap, and things to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The location is great (easy access to groceries, pharmacy, and gas) and the neighborhood is extremely safe and also has a playground within walking distance which my kids loved!
