"Stayed for two nights as a stop over whilst going homeward. Wanted to have a look around the area. Room was small but adequate. Clean with en-suite shower. Ate in the dining area of the pub both nights and enjoyed the food. Informal but friendly service by all, and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommend a walk to the canal and then the walk to Gloucester on the tow path. It’s well paved and flat and about three miles."

"Beautiful place and very nice staff when having dinner."

"Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. Moreover it impacted my children's travel plan as they choose the suite and found it to be only a room.l, which they call suite."

"We really enjoyed our stay. I was a little surprised that the faucet in the bathroom was very loose, as was the toilet tissue roll holder. Not a big deal, but had me question attention to detail."

"Great hotel with amazing possibilities to disconnect on the SPA. good internet connection and very confortable bed and very good shower. Personal very nice always ready to help. Front desk and breakfast"

"Alojamiento con una situación inmejorable. "
