"The apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, just as described! No complaints about that. However, the hosts' communication from the beginning was poor and vague. I had specifically asked about storing our luggage when we arrived early in the morning (before our check-in time) and in the afternoon (after we checked out). My decision on where to stay was based in large part on this, simply because we needed a place to store our luggage as our flight times didn't line up exactly with check in...

"Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...

"Wir waren drei Freunde und haben uns für die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung entschieden. Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Sie befand sich im 6. Stock, bot eine schöne Aussicht und war über die U-Bahn sehr gut mit Manhattan verbunden. Wir können sie wärmstens empfehlen!"

"Dies ist bereits die vierte Stadt, in der wir mit Sonders übernachtet haben, und sie hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend (vielen Dank an Jimmy und Geraldine!), und die Zimmer sind stilvoll und gemütlich zugleich und bieten alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann! Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe einer U-Bahn-Station und eines fantastischen Restaurants. Wir hätten uns keine perfektere Unterkunft wünschen können!"

"Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. "
