"Wir waren drei Freunde und haben uns für die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung entschieden. Die Wohnung war geräumig und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Sie befand sich im 6. Stock, bot eine schöne Aussicht und war über die U-Bahn sehr gut mit Manhattan verbunden. Wir können sie wärmstens empfehlen!"

"It was a decent stay for what we wanted to do. Very welcoming for my wife and I. They did not mention there was not an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor. So be prepared for that. Breaker went out in the middle of the night during the winter and no breaker box in the room. So they were nice enough to come and fix that for us around 1 am."

"Sorry to say we had a bad experience with this stay. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly - the floors were not mopped and extremely sticky (it sounded like walking on Velcro, we ended up buying our own mop to fix it), and worse we found marijuana edibles under one of the beds (not good, especially when you have kids). The bedroom was too cold even when blasting the heat (the living room warmed up ok so the ventilation seemed faulty), and I was surprised to find there were no spare linens and...

"We needed a place that was convenient to commute to see family in Manhattan, and this fit the bill. However, we had some trouble with the door lock, and the floor had to be wiped down by us before we could walk around in sock feet or barefoot. The neighborhood is generally safe, but there tended to be someone loitering near the doorway each night. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was clean and adequate."

"This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!"

"Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."
