The glass doors lead to the lovely terrace.

The sleek kitchen features immaculate worktops and all the necessary utilities needed for a comfortable stay such as electric hob, oven, kettle, freezer and dishwasher. The large windows look over the verdant outdoors.

FIRST BEDROOM
On the first floor is a lovely bedroom fitted with a king sized bed, a TV, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom offers a single wash basin, a WC and a combined bath tub and shower.

SECOND BEDROOM
On the second floor is a spacious, charming bedroom, offering a king sized bed, a wardrobe, a stylish pink chest of drawers and a desk nicely placed by the window. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin.

WC
On the ground floor, on the right hand side as you enter the house, is a WC and a s single wash basin.

UTILITY ROOM
On the lower ground floor is the utility room, featuring a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

TERRACE
The terrace can be accessed through the living room and is fitted with a corner sofa and a coffee table, boasting comfort and style.

Guests with allergies, please note- a dog usually lives here but will not be here during your stay. There will be no parking available during Christmas and New Year. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
