Simone was an excellent host - very communicative and helpful. We stayed at this house for 6 nights and though the location was remote enough from the louder and more populated neighborhoods while still close to many points of interest and good restaurants. The on-site washing machine came in handy though we wished there was a dryer as well. A laundromat down the block was a convenient option since it had larger size washers and also dryers. Would recommend this house

Simone was the perfect host for a perfect location! We had everything that our family of 5 adults needed to experience all that London offers. Simone gave us so many lovely local recommendations that we know we will have to come back to experience all of them. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and many local cafes, pubs and even a convenience store. For experiences that were a bit further away the Uber boat and London’s vast public transportation system were within a close walk.Home was nicely organized, very clean and beds were super comfortable. Would love to stay here again in the future!

This girl’s trip to London in December was fun, but what made it epic was our host Simone and her perfectly located townhome! Simone was very responsive, often replying to a daily inquiry within five minutes. Her recommendations in the area were terrific! The townhome was located within walking distance of some of the most iconic attractions in London. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay! The rooms are spacious. The location is walking distance to two underground stations. There’s plenty to do in the neighborhood. And my 88-year old mother had a great accommodation w few stairs and a room with her own bathroom. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in London!

The property host, Simone, was so very helpful in addressing all questions and making suggestions for restaurants, shopping and navigating the area. This house is perfect for a stay in London!! Gorgeous British charm with all modern comforts. The breakfast room is so adorable! The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Perfect location in the Belgravia neighborhood which is absolutely gorgoues. Quick walk to the train. Simone is an amazing host- she communicated the whole time via What’s App and gave amazing recommendations all over the city. We will absolutely be back!

Lovely townhouse in quiet safe neighborhood in London. Close to metro, train/bus station, and close to many of the must see sights in London. Stairs are narrow and some rooms on 3rd level so take care. There were 2 kitchens which was a nice little bonus.

Simone's is an amazing host! Our family spent a week in her beautiful home. The flat was very spacious for all of us and we all were very comfortable. The three bathrooms made it very easy for us all to get ready for the day. The water pressure for showering was great!Before we arrived Simone sent us excellent information on tours and what to experience in London. Her flat is located in a great spot. It is very close to the Victoria underground train station. It is also close to many restaurants and great shopping. The flat is on a very quiet street.Thank you Simone. We would definitely stay in your home on our next trip to London!

Friends in England

Very clean, very quiet neighborhood, communication with host was excellent. Kitchens were well equipped. i would recommend this property for people who don’t mind stairs. The showers were in the bathtubs with nothing to hold onto while getting in and out. I believe this is normal, but I am a little too old to hop in and hop out and not worry about slipping. There is no carpeting in first floor bedroom.

Really lovely!

The location of this place was perfect for our family! The property is on a quiet, residential street, but just a quick walk to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Simone truly went above and beyond to be sure we had plenty of recommendations for pubs, activities, and sightseeing. As a family, we loved sitting in the little breakfast room. The split levels of the townhome worked great for us -- teens on one level, adults on the other. Overall, it was a great stay!!

Great choice for London stay

Recently returned from a weeklong visit to London. We were 6 adults and were very comfortable in this lovely apartment. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to Victoria Station. It is only 2 blocks from the Thames and an easy walk to Battersea where there are several dining options and the Uber boat. The apartment is immaculate and well stocked!Simone was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to all of our questions. The apartment is multi-leveled so there are stairs to climb to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors. This was not an issue for our group but there is a pullout couch and full bath on the 1st floor for someone with mobility issues. I would highly recommend Simone’s place when planning a visit to London!
