Nicole and Will have a very nice apartment and are friendly, helpful hosts. The location worked well with the tube station nearby, there are excellent restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.

Flat was a good size for 3-4 people. Host was very responsive on the app. As anywhere in the UK, not a lot of water coming through the showers but was alright. Thermostat settings could have been more intuitive.

The flat was clean and comfortable and our host Nicole was at all times helpful and communicative. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in a neighborhood that was not touristy and had wonderful local restaurants and shops, but also easy access to the tube (Bakerloo and Lioness lines) and many bus routes.

Nicole’s flat certainly lived up to its 5-star billing. The ground floor location was perfect for an older couple like my wife and I and the proximity of mass transit and grocery shops was a real plus. The flat was well-fitted with everything you might need for a comfortable weeklong stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Nicole was a welcoming and thoughtful host. If we make another London trip in the future, Nicole’s flat will be at the top of our list for accommodations.

Great flat, close to tube station, restaurants, and food market. It is in a nice residential area. We felt safe walking about night and day.Our host Nicole was wonderful— very good communication with very detailed instructions on how things (microwave, shower, remotes) worked and with recommendations. And quick to reply to messages. We ran out of dishwasher soap and she had some delivered right away!It was nice to have fans, hair dryer, and outlet adapter provided.

Centrally located. Short walk to Queens Park, Notting Hill, or Abbey Road. Everything accessible via the Tube. The owner is terrific. Super responsive. The airline moved our flight at the last minute and they still accommodated us. A trip and flat!

Great Stay in London

Property was clean, comfortable and walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Check in was at 3pm but we arrived early at 10am. Because we were traveling with a sick teenager, Nicole allowed us to enter the flat early and rest while the cleaning person finished her cleaning. This was much appreciated because we really couldn't be exploring while waiting at this point. Overall, it was a great stay and totally recommend booking this flat!

I rented this apartment for three days in July while visiting London with my wife and our three teenage daughters. We weren’t planning to leave a review, as the apartment didn’t meet our expectations—but after receiving three messages from the owner in five days requesting a five-star rating, we felt compelled to share our honest experience.The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It’s about a 45-minute tube ride to the Tower of London. The owner was responsive when issues arose and offered to reimburse us for out-of-pocket costs.That said, the apartment was disappointing. There were cobwebs on lights and bookshelves, and the space didn’t feel clean. The dryer was full of water, and supplies were lacking—just one roll of toilet paper, which ran out the first night. No instructions were provided, and it took research to figure out how to use appliances.A wild fox appeared both mornings in the tiny 16' x 8' fenced backyard. This was concerning, as the apartment lacked A/C and the owner advised us to cool it by opening the doors to that space.The unit was also in poor condition: damaged walls, broken blinds, inaccurate bed descriptions, and no real sofa bed—just a couch, which made for three uncomfortable nights for our daughter.In short, while the location and host responsiveness were appreciated, the apartment fell short in cleanliness, accuracy, and basic hospitality. We do not recommend this rental in its current state.

Wonderful stay while in London!

We absolutely loved out stay in Nicole’s flat. Check in was clear and easy, Nicole responded to any questions promptly and answered everything. She suggested some local places to eat on our first nigh and we had a lovely dinner at Alice House. The flat is in a great location away from all the business of London but close to the tube, so we could easily get wherever we wanted. The living room has a great couch big enough for our family to all lay on and watch movies together. The flat even came with a surprise trampoline, which our kids loved! We would stay again in a heart beat. Highly recommend

Great 3 generation stay

The Urban Oasis was perfect for our stay. The flat is spacious and well equipped. And quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Communication with the host was prompt. The internet is super fast and reliable. There is a big television with streaming apps that we didn’t use.We took the Underground daily - the Bakerloo line took us where we wanted to go. The station is under a ten minute walk from the flat. There is an excellent M & S store filled with prepared foods close to the station. There are also a number of restaurants and other stores. Beware of Gail’s Bakery’s seriously dangerous breads and pastries. I would highly recommend the Urban Oasis for your London stay.
