Fully equipped for home cooking, this space is ideal for family meals or quiet evenings in. There is a separate guest loo and a washer and dryer for laundry. Bi-folding doors lead to a lovely garden featuring patio seating and a trampoline, perfect for kids to play while adults relax.

BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom: Located on the first floor, the spacious master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, elegant shuttered windows, and a serene atmosphere.
Double Bedroom: On the raised ground floor, a double bedroom opens onto a small balcony offering a peaceful connection to the outdoors.
Children’s Room: At the top of the house, a bright and playful single bedroom features vibrant colours and a whimsical balloon light, perfect for little ones.

Home Truths:
No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please note that two lovely cats come with the home. A cat feeder will come in once a day at 6pm to feed them, unless guests specify they are happy to do so - some short instructions will be left for their care. The house is spread over 4 floors, the short stairs into the kitchen do not have a handrail. A study on the raised ground floor will be locked and not for guest use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly linen changes for longer stays.For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee.
