The apartment is situated on the ground floor of an impressive house set back from a tree-lined street that runs north to south in between two of London’s most popular green spaces - Holland Park to the west and Kensington Gardens (home to Kensington Palace) to the east.

    The apartment is both well presented and well appointed, with plenty of local, shops, bars and restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Notting Hill is just a short walk to the north, with Kensington High Street to the south.

    Guests looking for easy access to all of London’s attractions and business districts will find the apartment’s location particularly appealing.

    There are plenty of London Underground stations nearby, including Notting Hill Gate which is on the Central, District and Circle Lines, and High Street Kensington to the south. Both these stations will connect you with the most popular areas of the capital in under ten minutes.

    The apartment is also well served by buses, with stops along the road outside. There are also bike hire pick-up points nearby, should you prefer to explore on two wheels at your own speed.

    Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.

    BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.

    *Please remove your shoes inside the property
    *Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand

    *Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)

    We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.

Apartment had a nice location, but could use a dishwasher and a better mattress, along with a thermostat that allows the occupant to regulate the heating system.

Very comfortable and charming property in an excellent location. Decor from around the world assures you are not in a bland hotel room. Kensington is a vibrant neighborhood to explore with many parks, restaurants and fun shops. Easy walk to the tube.
