The Property
This one bedroom flat is located on the fourteenth floor of a purpose-built residential building, ideally positioned between Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush. Recently renovated, it offers a modern and well-presented interior, along with wide skyline views across West London.
Living Area The open plan living and dining space is bright and practical, designed for both relaxing and everyday use. The sofa can be arranged as a king-size sofa bed or split into two single beds, providing flexible sleeping options for additional guests ( extra fees apply)
An additional charge of £25 per night applies for extra guests using the sofa bed when the occupancy exceeds 2 people.
Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all essentials needed for short or longer stays, making it easy to prepare meals at home.
Bedroom The bedroom is comfortable and well laid out, featuring a double bed, fresh linens, and storage space for your belongings.
Bathroom The bathroom is clean and modern, fitted with a bathtub and overhead shower, along with essential amenities.
Views Being on the fourteenth floor, the flat benefits from elevated skyline views across West London, especially enjoyable in the evening.
Location The flat is just a short walk to Shepherd's Bush Station, offering Central Line, Overground, and National Rail services. London Westfield shopping Mall is also within 3 minutes' walk, along with nearby green spaces such as Holland Park

Unauthorised Stays: Please be aware that any early arrival or late departure that has not been agreed upon in advance will be charged at the rate of an additional night's stay.
Infant Amenities: A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a fee. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice. For safety, the travel cot is supplied with its standard thin base mattress; we do not provide additional padding or baby bedding, in line with Lullaby Trust guidance.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
