We loved our little home base SO much! Perfect location! Very comfortable king bed and beautiful terrace. Ahhh can’t wait to go back! I have to reveal that the spiral steps leading up 3 floors to the flat are a lot! But well worth it! We are in our 60’s and it was still doable!!

Great spot!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location is PERFECT. Parents stayed upstairs in the bedroom and 2 teens on the pullout couch downstairs. The stairway up to the 3rd floor is no joke, so be warned! We were there during a heat wave, so we had to contend with that a bit. A fan was provided, but 92 degree London is beastly. Check in was relatively easy...our flight was delayed 4 hours, but the owner was able to accommodate the change in meeting time for the keys and was always extremely responsive. We couldn't get the TV to work but that could easily have been user error! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this cute flat.

Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location. Right across the street from Seven Dials Market. Small grocery store within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside your door. Loved the terrace overlooking Neal's Yard. We were prepared for the stairs and didn't find them too bad. Would stay here again.

Great London location

This is a fun apartment with a cute balcony overlooking Covent Garden. The location is great, close to food and shopping, close to Trafalgar square and the West End shows, and a 30 minute walk to the Millenium bridge and Tate Modern museum along the Thames. We loved it. The 68 stairs to the apartment are a nice aerobic challenge, but do not choose this place if you have heavy luggage or trouble walking up a lot of stairs. We are 60plus and managed fine, but were glad we only had rollaboard suitcases. The Churchill War rooms were really fantastic. See Hadestown and/or Six if they are playing in the theaters when you visit!

In the heart of theatreland

Wonderfully atmospheric flat on two floors at the top of an older building very close to Seven Dials and its market. Walking distance to most west end theatres and both opera houses. Very clean, imaginatively decorated, and excellent appliances throughout. Be aware that the flat, is at the top of many stairs (no elevator), has street noise, and mthough.

Location Location Location!!!

Located in the heart of Covent Garden, this tastefully furnished comfy apartment with a beautiful terrace is perfect if you seek for nightlife, shopping, theatre, etc. WiFi could be better, mobile connection in the whole area is a mess. Nothing for you if you hate stairs, but once you're up you can sleep pretty quietly. A second set of keys would have made our activity planning a bit more flexible. Communication & check in / check out process were great. Thanks for having us!

Such a great location

This was a perfect spot to walk anywhere! Restaurants, theatre, interesting shops, & the tube were all so close, plus this was such a trendy area! The space itself felt spacious and thoughtfully organized. We had an overnight guest and the pull out couch was actually comfy! Walking the small stairs (no lift) to the top floor might be difficult for some so know your limits.

Great location, plenty of space

This flat is in a great area. Walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, and theaters. It was very clean and well stocked. This flat is on the fifth floor, so there are a lot of steps, but that does help with the street noise during the day. Nights were very quiet and the bed is super comfortable. I slept very well while staying here.

Convenient and spacious

If you want a perfect location to explore London and enjoy the theatre and dining around Covent Garden, this is it. Food and drink are steps away and you can bring it home to enjoy in this lovely flat or eat out. We enjoyed all the Christmas lights and decorations around town and at Kew.

This was the definition of the perfect place to stay and explore London. Not only was it ideally located, but the flat was spotless, equipped with everything needed and very comfortable. Everything you would need or want was within walking distance - literally. Walk out the door to bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shopping, site seeing and theater and come back to rest/relax or in my case catch my Buckeyes playing. Sole was an incredibly gracious host: friendly, communicative and helped us navigate a couple timing issues. I would definitely recommend and stay again if back in London.

Great location cool apartment

Cool place. Loved the location. A couple of things need updating (handle to door on terrace and a more effective shower curtain). The steps are a bit difficult but we got used to it. Overall we loved it. Would stay there again. And Sole was super nice.

Unbeatable location

Sole was a great property manager and her flat was fantastic! The location is unbeatable in my opinion. It was near tons of shopping and theatres, but more importantly great restaurants and pubs! The nearest tube station was only 2 blocks away so it was easy to get to and from the airport and other points of interest.

Emplacement calme et ideal

Bel appartement très bien situé et très calme. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle ( seulement 2 petites cuillères!?) Et nous coupions le chauffage la nuit car il est assez bruyant mais on a passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent location right in the heart of Covent garden

The flat is well suited for covent garden shopping and eating as well as west end theatre. Easy walk and multiple tube lines close by. The Flat is the top floor with alot of narrow windy stairs. It was a bear with luggage but not a bother without. The kitchen could do with a bit more, there were only 2 mugs, no coffee, etc but with so much outside your door there is not much reason to cook. The living area does not have any chairs so if you are a larger group you would have to use the dining room to gather. The host was wonderful, helpful and accommodating. Once you are inside the flat is comfortable and quiet and we enjoyed it

Perfect location

We loved the Seven Dials area as our base for 5 days in London. Close to restaurants, grocery, subway and theaters. The apartment was quiet for sleeping, even when the bars were happing on the streets below.

Centrally located

First off for a person with mobility issues like myself the 66 narrow winding stairs to the apt and the 14 other stairs to the bathroom and bedroom was an issue. Other than that the apt was very large, well decorated. The two living room chairs as advertised were missing so you had to sit at the kitchen table. The host met us and gave us a tour and instructions. It was around the corner from pubs, grocery store (groceries, wine beer), very close to the easy to use subway and good restaurants. It has a nice balcony off the bedroom where we enjoyed our evening drinks. For someone without mobility issues this is a great place to stay.
