Stunning spacious 3 Bed/4 Bath Apt In Bayswater / Paddington near Hyde Park

  • This is a spacious and recently refurbished flat (everything is new !) in one of the most desirable areas of London. I have lived in this area for over 25 years and am inspired by the style , beauty and accessibility of the area. The property is 5 minutes from Hyde Park and the Serpentine lake and is served with great transport connections such as numerous bus routes and 2 main train stations in Paddington and Lancaster Gate. For overseas travellers Paddington connects to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express which gets you to the airport in 15 minutes. The area is rich in history and very cosmopolitan. Notting Hill and Portobello Market is 10 mins walk and the West End is again only another 10 minutes away. The flat inside is spacious , light and comfortable with access to a patio garden. I love my plants and outside I've got bamboo, olive trees, bay trees, palms and tree ferns all helping to create an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony. The flat is at the back of the house with no traffic noise so a good night sleep is assured

Excellent location near Paddington-easy access to Heathrow and Tube. Well appointed flat with stocked kitchen and bathroom amendities. Very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay and our walks in nearby Hyde Park.

Great property, great location

Just minutes from Paddington Station this flat was perfect for our group. We easily got anywhere we wanted to go by subway, train or walking. Sanjay gave us some great recommendations for places to enjoy and we especially liked the Victoria Pub.

Spacious Accommodation in Lovely Neighborhood

Our family enjoyed our time there very much. It was only a few blocks from Paddington Station, so it was very easy to travel all over London. The apartment was very comfortable.

Amazing Flat; Amazing location

We loved the neighborhood and being to close to the Paddington station. Property owner was super responsive ad the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious.

Amazing location

We had a great time at this property. Close to the Paddington station and within walking distance to stores and restraunts. The appartment is very spacious and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had a great time and highly recoomend this place.

Large comfortable House. Perfect for London

The house is very large a short distance from Paddinton Station. Local pubs and restaurants are plentiful and Paddington station is a hub for underground and buses to get around the city. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Awesome experience

Don't overthink it this is a fantastic place to stay. I stayed here with two friends in Nov 2024. The three bedroom and 4 bathroom layout was perfect for us. Location wise you are a bit out of the hustle and bustle but you can walk, tube, and train anywhere you want to go pretty quickly. I would stay here again if I find myself in London with a group.

Perfect apartment for a perfect holiday!

The property was awesome! Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Four perfect bathrooms. Ample living space. Close to Paddington Station/underground. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Sanjay was an excellent host. Communication was great.

Family stay

Great location a block from Paddington station. Clean and comfortable flat with a kitchen that is stocked with all the appliances you will need. Most importantly, a responsive owner who immediately addressed a small issue we had. It was perfect for our family of six, including two small children.

Family time in London

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kids each had their own room and bathroom on the top level and the two bathrooms on the lower level provided enough space for me and my husband to each have our own bathroom. The location couldn't be better if heading out to different parts of the city via Paddington Station. We would definitely stay again if travelling to London.

Fantastic

We loved staying here. It was as-advertized. Plenty of room for family of 5. Place was well-kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you need. Best part about it was location. Beautiful, quiet neighbor. Only 1 street over from busy, bustling street with tons of great restaurants. Oh, being literally right next to Paddington train station was super convenient.

Great London apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s location is easily accessible with a fairly long but easy walk to London Center through Hyde Park or with easy access to public transportation. The three bedrooms are private and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. Sanjay was always accessible and very proactive if needed for anything. We hope to return to London soon and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This property is truly the perfect location. So close to Paddington station to get around london and grab groceries. The property itself was quiet and functional. The upstairs toilet was broken by the previous renter so that was a but annoying. Overall I would recommend this based on location alone.

Nice flat, great location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Plenty of room for five adults and great location near Paddington Station and area. Sanjay was a great communicator before and during the trip and was responsive when we had questions. Never figured out the washer/dryer but didn't really try to use it until late in our stay - definitely user error. Can't wait to visit London again!

Location, location, location

This was property was clean and spacious. The location was so convenient to Paddington Station it was easy to get everywhere. Heathrow Express meant a super quick ride to and from the airport. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. The only con was having only one set of keys. It just meant that we had to coordinate our outings that weren’t all together.

Great property at Ideal Location

Mingus' 3 BR 4 Bath townhoiuse was ideal.. It is very clean, with plenty of towels and linens, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location in Paddington is ideal. There are many restaurants of virtually every ethnic type within walking distance. There are two smaller stores, but weell-stocked, at the Paddington Station. Paddikngton Station, whicvh has a direct express train from Heathrow (15 minutes) is a mere two hundred years away. We also wealked to Notting Hill, Hyde Park, and even walked through Hyde park to the primary tourist and theater districxts of West London (about an hour walk). Everything was great and easy. I did have a trouble working the oven, but I made a quick call to Miongus, who answered immediately, and walked me through a very easy process. I recommend this property completely.

Great location!

Spacious apartment with room to spread out. 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 bathrooms. Additional bedroom, living room and kitchen in basement with 2 more bathrooms! The apartment was good, but the location is GREAT! Less than 5 min walk to Paddington station which can take you anywhere in London. Close bus stations too. Sanjay was thorough and helpful. Recommended a couple walking-distance restaurants which we enjoyed (Wahaca and Victoria Inn). Had a great trip!
