The Space:

THE SPACE: A bright, characterful apartment on Hanson Street in the heart of Fitzrovia — top floor, fifth floor, no lift. Two genuine double bedrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining area, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The kind of flat that feels like a proper London base rather than a hotel room.



LIVING AREA: The centrepiece is a large teal velvet corner sofa with amber cushions — bold, comfortable, and the first thing you notice. Framed orange artwork, a walnut bookshelf stacked with books and ceramics, a glass dining table for four with designer chairs, and a wall-mounted Smart TV with soundbar. Big sash windows let in excellent natural light throughout the day.



BEDROOM 1: The standout room. A King bed set against a beautiful arched window niche — a period architectural detail that makes this room genuinely memorable. Velvet cushions, framed artwork, a workspace desk and chair, and bedside lighting.



BEDROOM 2: A calm, well-proportioned Double bed with full-height built-in wardrobes (rail, drawers and shelving within), a freestanding mirror, and a dedicated workspace. Clean, quiet, and practical.



BATHROOM: A well-presented white bathroom with a full-size bath and over-bath glass shower screen, window for natural ventilation, chrome fittings, and toiletries provided.

Guest Access:

Meet and greet check-in is available until 11:00 PM, where a member of our team will personally welcome you, assist with your arrival, and show you into the apartment.



For arrivals after 11:00 PM, self check-in is available via a secure lockbox located a short 2-minute walk from the property.



All relevant access details, codes and instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and straightforward check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzrovia sits just north of Soho — quieter in feel, but with just as much going on. Charlotte Street is the neighbourhood's dining spine, lined with restaurants that draw locals as much as visitors: Barrica, Hovarda, and Bao are all within easy reach. The BT Tower anchors the skyline; Fitzroy Square offers a moment of calm.



Oxford Circus is a 5-minute walk, Tottenham Court Road slightly less. From either, the whole of London opens up. Soho, Marylebone, Covent Garden, and Bloomsbury are all walkable. The British Museum is under 10 minutes on foot.



One of central London's most underrated addresses — between everywhere, but never in the thick of it.



Getting Around:

Well positioned on Hanson Street in Fitzrovia, the apartment is within easy walking distance of several major Underground stations.
