Within a 20 minute commute you will find all of Londons biggest attractions. Southbank bursting with everything from art to food, Museums to aquariums, mini free music festivals at times and the world-famous London Eye there’s plenty to do. Views of Westminster, Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and with a varying array of street performers there’s also plenty to see.
Tube: Borough station is 5 mins walk and Southwark station is 8 mins, which can get you almost anywhere in the city. Trains: Waterloo station is an extremely well-connected station with nationwide train connections. 12 mins walk Bus: Bus stops surrounding the area. Bike: A Santander cycle dock just outside or multiple cycle rental options in the area. 3 mins Boat: A short walk to south bank where access to the Uber boat network to bring you through the city via the Thames, a great transport option and to see the sights.

Home truths • *WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A LOVELY STAY BUT NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED • The apartment is on the ground floor, but the apartment is spread over 2 floors. There is no elevator, only stairs. • This home doesn't have air-conditioning but we can provide fans if you require, please ask before your stay • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in this home. • Respect for other tenants in the building is expected and encouraged.
Policies • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. • Check-in and check-out. You will be sent an email on arrival day giving you the details for a lockbox where the keys are held (This is virtual but we are only a quick message away to assist!) • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. • I.D. check, credit/debit card authorisation and t&c's. The lead guest will need to send their ID and a selfie to validate their ID before check in. A £700 hold will be placed on a credit or debit card which will be released no later than 3 days after check out, once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay. You will be required to sign our t&c's before getting access to the property. • Smoking. Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Enlighten Stays home. • Cleaning. We carefully clean and prepare each home before you arrive and after you depart, and for stays longer than seven days we provide a complimentary weekly Housekeeping service. More frequent Housekeeping visits can be arranged on request, subject to availability and a charge. • Please be aware that there is a minut sensor in the property as a security measure. This device only measures noise levels in decibels and does not capture conversations. More in our T&C's on this. • Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers for stays with at least 7 days’ notice. If parties are had you will lose your £700 deposit
