Herbergið var mjög lítið, en snyrtilegt. Það eina sem ég set út á er skortur á nánari upplýsingum. Fyrir ferðamann er ekki sjálfsagt að vita að það séu tvær götur í London sem bera nafnið Uxbridge Road.

Apto e prédio impecavelmente limpos, o que foi uma bela surpresa! Unidade silenciosa mesmo numa rua movimentada. Cápsulas de café, papel higiênico, sabonete, etc disponibilizados para a semana. Utensílios básicos de cozinha, ferro de passar roupa, secador, tudo bem pensado para uma boa estadia. Localização não é no centro do turismo, mas a poucos metros de duas estações de metro e com vários restaurantes ao redor, além de um grande shopping (Westfield London). Voltaria sem dúvidas, excelente custo-benefício, fiquei muito satisfeito.

It was a bit difficult to locate the front entrance, since it's just a non-descript door between a couple of shops.

Unfortunately I cannot give this more stars as due to two nights of hardly any sleep and being extremely tired! My daughter and I stayed here due to the good location to the television studios - we were going to be in the audience of Loose Women. When we arrived at the apartment on opening the door we found it was very warm inside. As the day went on it got warmer and warmer to a point that we were getting uncomfortably hot. We tried to turn the thermostat down, but it was actually on the 'Off' position. Neither of us could sleep, our hair and clothes were soaking. At midnight, we opened the front door to get somd cooler air in, which i wasn't comfortable with due to feeling a little unsafe about it. The following morning we rang the help number given and they came whist we were out and via a text, said that the thermostat needed to be on the 'Off position- which it was. We hoped that they may have sorted the problem, but no, it was still very hot when we arrived back. We were fed up with it at this point, we found a little fan in the wardrobe, set it up on the windowsill next to the bed and opened the windowsovernight. The fan was noisy and we couldn't get to sleep and i didn't like the windows open over night, so, hardly any sleep again!! The basement apartment (no.2), decor was good, clean and modern, nice kitchen area, no toaster though, bathroom was what you would call 'bijou' so small that you could hardly get into the shower. The bed wasn't comfortable either. Shame.

房間浴室都很乾淨～ 小廚房非常棒，附近下樓右轉走3分鐘就有超商非常方便，離地鐵站也很近。

Decent, clean place as advertised

The apartment was as pictured. It was very warm temperature wise even though it wasn’t hot outside. You could not sleep with the window open bc there was not a window lock to prevent entry from the outside and there’s an HVAC unit beneath the window so someone could climb in.

Tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny

Bed is tiny and I mean tiny. This size bed is a King Single in Australia. Designed for one person. Not a double. Had legs on floor to fit. If you don't need to open a suit case then the room will be big enough for you. It is so noisy - all day, all night - it doesn't matter how small the bed is as you can't sleep anyway. A circus is across the street that goes to midnight just to make things a little more noisy. However, the room is so hot, that you need to almost have cold showers to keep cool. Unfortunately, the shower is so small that a small child would have some difficulty getting in it. I guess you could always open the window, but just lets in more noise. I would definitely recommend this room if you are a child travelling with a lunchbox. Being hard of hearing would also be of benefit if you stayed here. At least the room was clean.

Lovely clean quiet good location

The apartment was very conveniently located, cleanliness was exceptionally and fairly spacious for London. Good size TV, private bathroom with shower and bed was comfy. My only issue is that it was the light from the door and it was very hot due to London heat wave, happy a fan was there but couldn’t have windows or blind open for security and privacy as another apartment looked in, and the room was too light for me, the door needs a covering on it as the light shows through the frosting see pic, would book again if price was right

This is a great little apartment. I had problems checking in but the host help out a lot. My only bad thing about this place it was like a sauna. But I Defo stay again.

Hands down one of the nicest apartments I ever booked for London. Great area, there’s a huge shopping centre nearby (Westfield) and central like is close to get to Soho and Co. within 20 mins. It gets rather warm during summer but a fan was provided.

Vi synes rommet var flott. Det var litt tungt å dra kofferten opp trappene til øverste etasje. Det var varmt da vi først kom men det hjalp å åpne vinduene. Ulempen med det var at det slapp inn mye støy selvom vi var i øverste etasje. Området hotellet ligger i var greit i gangavstand til både kjøpesenter og T-bane, men med litt skummelt natteliv dersom man går ute. Vi fikk heller ikke mail om hvordan man skulle komme seg inn og måtte selv ringe. Men vil si det er verdt pengene.

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Very convenient location, close to the tube, local eateries and Westfield shopping centre! Great communication. The apartment and hallway/staircase were clean and presentable. The only negative was how hot the apartment itself was and could really do with a fan in our (short) summers but beside that I would happily return here!

Séjour agréable dan cet hôtel. Deux points de vigilance : il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la clime de fonctionnait pas, rue avec beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Sinon, sa proximité avec le métro rends la découverte de cette belle ville pratique.

Warning! Stay away at all costs!!! Extremely noisy and hot apartment! I was looking for a quiet place to stay with my 10 year old son who can be very sensitive to noise. More than a month in advance I requested a quiet room with windows not facing the busy street. Despite of this request we were allocated room 15 with the window facing the busy Uxbridge Rd. So much noise from the busy street! Could hear police sirens every second minute. Lots of traffic with cars and busses. And not very soundproof between rooms as well. As mentioned by others the heat in the room was unbearable. It must have been 35 0C (despite only 18 0C outside). Neither of us could sleep and my son was very anxious the whole night. Had paid for 4 nights but decided to leave the terrible place the following morning. Stayed the following 3 nights in a nice, cold and quiet hotel nearby. No offer for a small refund and the reply from the reservation team was probably generated by an AI-robot! Not a place to stay. There are so many other opportunities in London!

Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again.
