Self-contained New Studio with independent entrance in an up-market quiet area.

  • Bright sunny small self-contained studio with its own independent entrance, tucked away at the back of a small private garden. Quiet and safe area. All new with quality double bed with big square French pillows and 'traversin' (bolster), equipped kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle & small electric oven (but no hob), toaster. Shower, wc, TV etc. Reading table, wifi, lightproof blinds. Lovely upmarket safe neighbourhood. Near to 3 stations (Overground and Underground, central London in 10 minutes) with nearby supermarkets, cafés, dozens of restaurants. Really lovely, bright and clean in quiet yard. Excellent airport connections nearby. Very reasonably priced for what is on offer. You can go out for breakfast to local cafés or bring back your own. Ideally situated for access to central London and within a reasonably priced taxi ride back from town. This is a strictly NO SMOKING cosy little studio with great transport and facilities nearby. Ideal for a short stay with access to central London, theatres, shops, attractions, etc.

Edward is a fantastic host and the room had everything needed to make my stay wonderful. It has Air Conditioning, refrigerator, microwave oven, another small oven to cook and save money from eating out so much. I slept so well there and the location is perfect for tube access to explore London!!

L'appartement est très bien et correspond aux photos. Il est calme, propre, bonne literie, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut (savon, sel poivre ..) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Edward. Merci à vous !

This property was really well situated within walking distance of Swiss Cottage tube station, the railway and shops. We really enjoyed our stay but we did have problems with a blocked drain and the shower was pretty weak. However we acknowledge that this may be an artefact of old plumbing. In general the place was okay but could have been cleaner - particularly the bathroom area.

The neighbourhood was excellent. Good coffee and restaurants locally. The tube at Swiss Cottage on the jubilee line was very convenient, as was the bus 31 to Camden Town and Notting Hill.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Room was located close to the tube station and within walking distance to the Camden Market. The room was everything we needed for our stay. Overall a great place to stay !

we stayed 5 nights at this lovely studio. it‘s the perfect location to explore london and edward has been very helpful with everything. communiction was great, check-in super easy and it‘s very close to the tube. we can definitely recommend staying there! it‘s a real gem!

Edward was such a gracious host! We had to travel a day later than planned due to extreme weather warnings, and he made sure the property was still ready for our late arrival. He communicated with us regularly during our change of plans and was very accommodating. He had even left A/C running for us in the hours before our stay so we didn’t have to suffer the extreme heat, even though this meant the unit leaked in the apartment (very easy for us to deal with). The apartment itself was small but had everything you would need on a trip where you explore the city and need a place to touch base at night. The entrance was private and it felt safe and secure. Edward had left a series of printed instructions about the apartment which meant we could find everything easily and didn’t mistakenly use any switches or sockets that could have cause problems. The transport links were excellent and it absolutely made sense to stay here instead of closer to Euston where the cost of hotels has become impossible to justify. Overall an amazing stay, we were really sad we couldn’t have stayed for 2 nights as planned because we loved it so much! The next time we have any events in London we will definitely book with Edward again ❤️

Warm and cosy accommodation

Great accommodation which suited us perfectly. It was well equipped, warm and cosy, with a comfortable bed. Check was super easy and the owner responded promptly to messages. Perfect for a couple of nights in London.

An absolute gem

What an ideal property. Had everything you could need in a quiet area, but with so many amenities on your doorstep. Very comfortable and slept so well. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Fantastic little studio

I stayed at Edwards place for 4 nights. It is clean, comfortable and very convenient for commuting into central london. Shops and food close by, felt safe I was travelling alone. It's quite small but was perfect for me. Highly recommend.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was very quick with response. Check-in was seamless. Close to public transport. Great breakfast around the corner. Quiet and had everything we need for a couple nights in London. Small but cozy and comfortable.
