El wifi no fue en toda la estancia
Bien.... correcto. Camas comodas Estuvimos en la planta 4 si acensor.... y la bañera era superincomoda si mides mas de 1.70 La limpieza correcta y nos limpiaron bien la habitación.... El wifi no fue en 2 dias.... Si vas con personas mayores o muy cargado, elige otro hotel

La habitacion era de tipo buhardilla y la ducha era muy incómoda, practicamente no te podias poner de pie. Un día se dejaron la habitación sin limpiar. 4 piso sin ascensor. Edificio antiguo y con mal mantenimiento. No habia desayuno incluido como se indicaba en la web. La situación ha sido lo mejor así como la amabilidad de la recepción.

Lo mejor el personal y la ubicacion, super agradable y dispuesto ayudarte con lo que necesitarias. Punto en contra, no tiene ascensor, y nos toco un cuarto piso!! y el cuarto de baño pequeño, aguardillado, de techos muy bajos y algo antiguos, pero muy limpios.

El hotel es bonito y el personal muy amable, sobre todo las chicas de recepción. El desayuno es bueno. El único problema es que no tiene elevador y las escaleras están muy empinadas para subir con equipaje. El area es muy céntrica y segura

El hotel es cómodo en cuanto a ubicación. El personal muy agradable. Los puntos negativos son que el hotel se ve antiguo y la decoración hace años que no se cambia,incluyendo moqueta y alfombras. En la ducha cuesta meterse, si mides mas de 1'70. Se nos estropeó el agua caliente el último día,pero lo solucionaron rápido. Nos tocó la ultima planta, la 4ª, y después de caminar todo el dia, era lo que menos apetecia, subir todas esas escaleras de caracol jeje, porque no hay ascensor. El desayuno abundante y las chicas que están en el restaurante muy agradables. Ah, no saben hablar nada de Español, hay que hablar Inglés si o si.

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes y los baños pequeños, pero las camas eran muy comodas, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno. Muy bien localizado con una gran variedad de restaurantes cerca y una estacion de metro a menos de 100 metros.

Lo dicho,todo muy bien,excelente lugar.
La amabilidad del personal es fuera de serie,la realidad sorprendido. Si acaso algo criticable,es la falta de elevador,pero sabemos que en Europa,esto es común.

Recomendable
Considerando lo caro que es hospedarse en Londres, este hotel estuvo muy bien por estar a pasos de la estación de metro Earl's Court, la cual va directo a la mayoria de las atracciones turisticas. La habitación era cómoda y estaba bien, sobre una calle tranquila. En la zona hay muchos lugares para comer y un supermercado.

It was clean and the staff were very pleasant. The shower was so tiny that I couldn’t even move my arms in it. I was given a tiny room on the 3rd floor and the stairs were old and rickety. There was no lift.

Although not perfect, I'm glad your overall guest experience was reasonably good.London hotels in our category tend to have small rooms and bathrooms. Our hotel is not unique in this respect.

The property was fantastic value. The room was small, but it was all that we (a young* couple) needed. The price was very fair and the space was great, but not exactly some spotless modern-chic high rise. If you enjoy quaint, comfortable, classic style, the Rushmore is perfect. A few steps from the Underground made it incredibly convenient for us. Didn't get in a taxi for 3 days and went all over the city and to the airports. We actually landed at Standset, and flew out of Gatwick and Heathrow (had to split up, sadly). And it was SIMPLE!

This is a very quaint English hotel. The location right around the corner from Earl’s Court tube station was perfect for access to Heathrow and travel to any of the main attractions. There were plenty of dining options and a Tesco nearby. There are lots of stairs and no lift, which was a bit difficult with luggage. Our beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, but the room itself was clean and had all we needed. Staff was lovely and helpful.

A cosy place that offers a personal touch. Front desk staff are friendly. Location in Earls Court is excellent. The tube station is a 3-minute walk. Loads of food choices within walking distance. The room assigned to us was a little rundown and could do with some refurbishment but overall, it was a good stay.

Second time i have stayed. The property is ok for a budget hotel. Shower quite cramped. Decoration needed but what put me off was there was a mouse which i didnt discover until the morning. Reported to reception. For this reason i probably wont stay again especially as there are better and often cheaper hotels in the area.

Pretty we very close to the Earl’s Court station which was only good thing about the experience . I would totally avoid this property as room was smelly the bathroom shower was literally hanging and so small you can’t even fit and every time you open the tap in the bathroom there was foul smell as it was blocked or something g . Really horrible experience overall

Pay more if are able to, avoid this dreadful hotel
Check-in was the only decent thing about this stay. Room was dirty, cold and very outdated. There was a little step in-between the bathroom and hall which was extremely dangerous. It was cold outside but no heating on during the night. I had to put all my clothes and socks on just not to freeze. My own fault though - They say you get what you pay for. Bedding sheets made me itch. Thank goodness it was only for one night!
