Quintessential Town House Close to Central London

  • Experience a chic urban retreat at this elegant residence, centrally located in the fashionable Camberwell neighborhood. This luxurious home features three double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two pristine bathrooms spread across three levels of a beautifully converted Victorian townhouse. Part of the Perfectly Nested signature collection, this property has been fully refurbished and professionally designed to an exceptionally high standard. It offers ample living space and a well-maintained garden, perfect for relaxing during warmer months. The ground floor boasts an impressive open-plan living and dining area with a natural stone-clad wall, an L-shaped sofa, and a large HD TV. The modern kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, with French doors leading to the garden. The first floor houses the master bedroom and a second double bedroom, both elegantly decorated. The second floor features another double bedroom with garden views and a single bedroom with an air mattress available upon request. Parking is free during weekends and weekday evenings, with paid street parking available at other times. Camberwell offers a vibrant community spirit, with events like the Camberwell Arts Festival and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The property is approximately 1.3 miles from central London, with good transport links via Denmark Hill station and numerous buses. Perfectly Nested provides guests with hotel-quality service, including personal check-in, welcome refreshments, and professional cleaning. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a fee, subject to availability. Additional services like mid-stay cleaning can be arranged. Please note that only listed amenities are guaranteed, and any additional guests require prior notice and photo ID. For more information or special requests, please contact us.
    House Rules

    1. We kindly request that you please treat the place as your own homes and keep property tidy and clean up any kitchenware that is used during your stay before check out

    2. We operate a no shoes policy in carpeted areas of the property. We kindly request you to respect our no shoe policy as this is for the benefit of all guests and to maintain high hygiene standards.

    3. We kindly request guests not to rearrange furniture, should there by a requirement to rearrange furniture, please get in touch and we will advise if this can be arranged for you.

    4. We take a security deposit of 500gbp. The security deposit can be processed through Airbnb or we can send you a payment link, this will be sent 4-6 days in advance of your arrival. You can order additional services like early check in, late check out, extra linen, extensions and instruct us to deduct the charges from your security deposit, or you can pay for these services through Airbnb at the time of ordering the services, this is completely your choice. Security deposit will be returned within 7- 10 business days of your check out date. We normally process refunds much quicker. Please refer to our 100's of 5 star reviews which support our proactive communications and the high quality service we provide.

    5. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed (quiet time is between 9PM and 8AM), including on balconies and in shared spaces. These violations are subject to immediate eviction, no refund and £250 minimum fine, plus associated cost to clean, deodorize, and repair any damage that may be caused. In the event of a party or gathering, we reserve the right to charge £100 per hour after the £250 minimum fine to cover administrative cost of managing the situation, disbursing of crowds, gathering and processing evidence, communications with neighbours, online travel agency platform, liaising with law enforcement and other authorities.

    6. No smoking or drugs permitted, penalty of £150, these violations are subject to immediate eviction, no refund.



    7. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time without written approval and/or delay our housekeeping company will be charged £30 per hour, plus any night/nights affected, plus cleaner reschedule and or cancellation charge from our housekeeping company.

    8. Guest are responsible for disposing of the rubbish at the end of their stay. Mixed waste should be placed into black bags and to leave them in the rubbish disposal area at the front of the building. Recycled waste should be placed directly into the recycle bin located at the front right side of the building. Please ensure you do not overfill or contaminate the bins as this causes issues with collection of the bins. Should you require more details please get in touch. Any disposal of commercial waste will incur a fine ranging £50 upwards, depending on the amount of rubbish left behind as external waste collection will need to be arranged.

    9. In handling maintenance, we reserve the right to access the property even when guests are not present. We are unable to schedule maintenance during specific times to accommodate guests. Typically, we arrange maintenance when guests are out of the property to avoid disrupting their stay.

London Stay-full family visit

The property in Camberwell was very convenient as it was only a good 10min walk to/from a train station once you get the hang of the area, very easy (first arrival I took a bunch of bad turns from Google walking with our luggage and was about 20mins to get there. My fault!). Neighborhood was relatively quiet and there was a convenience store right up the street. There were 5 of us staying at the property and I misread the amount of bedrooms but still suited us with my girls in one room, my son on his own and of course my wife and I. 2 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, small patio in the back. Our trip went very well and there was constant communication from start to finish with the property owners answering all my questions. Definitely would stay again.

A Modern Home away from Home

We stayed at this property with our immediate family, including two young children under 4, as well as my mother and brother. The location was perfect—centrally located and close to everything we needed. There was a grocery store just steps from the house, a park two blocks away, and easy access to Uber XXL and the train station.The property matched the description provided in the listing. It was clean, well-maintained, and truly exceptional. The modern design, including heated floors, made the ceramic floors very comfortable, and having two showers was a major convenience for our group.The property managers were responsive before, during, and after our stay. They accommodated our request for an early check-in, and while a few of my pre-trip inquiries weren’t addressed ahead of time, all follow-up requests during our stay were handled promptly. The check-in and check-out process was simple and seamless, which made our trip even more enjoyable.Overall, the house exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
