Apartment located in a quiet area, in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to Portobello market, restaurants, shops, museums, parks, etc. The house is small, but well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The owner is lovely, he gave us all the necessary information before entering and it was not necessary to contact him during our stay, because everything was fine. Recommended if you want to visit London and move around comfortably. Thank you very much for everything.

I had a lovely stay at Rob’s house with my family (my mum and my brother) for 4 nights in December. First of all, I have to say that Rob was a very responsive host. He gave us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment, including the best route from the airport (Heathrow), as well as recommendations for things to see in the city and places to eat. The flat is just perfect - clean, recently renovated, and well-equipped. I believe it’s most comfortable for up to three adults, as there’s one bedroom and a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms, which is a great feature because both have excellent showers, a definite plus. The kitchen is nice, and we used it for breakfast and some dinners. I would suggest adding two more pots and some lids, as the essentials are there, but some guests might appreciate a bit more (eating out in London is much more expensive than in other cities). The flat is located just a 3-minute walk from the tube station, which has 3 central lines, making it very easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is calm and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay here! The flat is in an amazing, central location and made the perfect base for exploring London and taking day trips beyond the city. The neighborhood felt safe, walkable, and had everything we needed close by. The space itself is simple, clean, and exactly as described. It was comfortable and a great value for the area. We’d happily stay here again on a future trip.

This flat was absolutely perfect for my first time visiting London. It is so close to a tube station, and the surrounding Notting Hill neighborhood is so cute and picturesque. There are also dozens of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The flat itself was clean, spacious, and filled with many amenities (washer/dryer, TV, Wifi, etc). Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London!

The property is as advertised. It is small and lacks any views but was clean and neat. It has all the necessary equipment. The location is exceptional, close to the tube, shops, restaurants and attractions. If you plan to be out and about nearly all your time in London, it would be ideal.

We loved this flat for our first time in London. It was clean, quaint, perfect for my sister and I. Getting around in the area was so easy with the tube being so close. Correu tudo muito bem durante a nossa estadia com as nossas duas filhas pequenas. A limpeza estava impecável; conseguimos deixar as malas antes do check‑in e, na saída, também. Enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill. Great location. Weather was hot while we there in June, so property was stuffy; probably not an issue at other times of year. Tube station was audible, but not a bother; it didn’t take long to not notice it anymore. Would stay there again.

Perfect Location - Wonderful Little Flat!

Flat was exactly as pictured and described. Rob sent excellent directions and details. It was everything we needed for our trip, just around the corner from the tube, groceries, restaurants / pubs. Lovely having 2 full baths for 4 people. Perfect home base, super comfortable. No A/C if that matters to anyone, and it was a heat wave while we were there. But there were fans for both rooms, and we just opened the windows while we were home. Would totally stay again!! Thank you Rob!!

We could not have asked for a better location and flat for our 7 day London stay. The short walk to the tube station was pleasant and our 8 year old loved the Adventure Playground at Holland Park being so close! The flat was clean, the host was responsive and we did not hear the tube at all. Very short walk to coffee shops and groceries.

Very clean, great location, everything you can think of to stay affordably in London. Good water pressure in en suite shower, comfortable bed, plenty of cooking pans to make breakfast and some meals at home (lemon ricotta pancakes!), and close to grocery stores with cheap, healthy prepared meals. I appreciated the French press coffee maker, tea (decaf & regular), sugar, salt and oil. The towels were plenty and large. One small window opened to cool the room, and the fans helped on the hot days. Wifi fast and easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Best stay!

We loved staying at this VRBO. It was a perfect size for four people and a fantastic location for exploring London. I can’t recommend it enough (it also came stocked with Yorkshire tea which was a huge bonus)!

Perfect Home Base for the 3 of US

We traveled with out adult daughter and pretty much planned to just use this this as a place to sleep and head out for long days touring the area. The tube station a short walk away was a major plus for us. While it is small, it has 2 bathrooms and with the sleeper sofa out there are two bedrooms. We had zero issues with the unit and everything was as it was shown on the listing.

Appartement très propre et très bien équipé.Le quartier dans lequel il se situe est magnifique. Pubs et restaurants à proximité tout comme le métro.Rob est un hôte très réactif et accessible.Seul bémol pour les sensibles au bruit, on entend un peu le métro qui passe.Mais je recommande cet appartement !
