  • The flat comfortably accommodates two guests and is located on the first floor, accessed via a single flight of stairs, with no lift. It features one well appointed bedroom with a comfortable bed, along with a modern bathroom fitted with a shower. The layout is practical and thoughtfully arranged to maximise space while maintaining a relaxed, airy feel.
    The bright living area is centred around a feature fireplace and wall mounted television, creating a cosy focal point for relaxing evenings. A comfortable single sofa bed offers flexible additional sleeping space without compromising on style. Soft neutral tones, plush textures and carefully selected cushions add depth and character, while large windows allow natural light to pour in, enhancing the contemporary yet homely décor. The dedicated dining area features natural wood furnishings and simple, refined finishes, making it ideal for enjoying meals together or working remotely in comfort. The sleek kitchen is finished with crisp white cabinetry and warm wooden worktops, fully equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine. Clean lines and quality finishes ensure the space is both practical and visually appealing. Guests can also enjoy access to a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding outdoors after a day exploring London.

    Located in the desirable South Wimbledon and Colliers Wood area of Merton, this home places you within easy reach of both vibrant high streets and peaceful green spaces. Colliers Wood offers convenient shopping at the Tandem Centre and Priory Retail Park, while nearby Wimbledon is famous for the All England Lawn Tennis Club and Wimbledon Village, where charming boutiques and cafés line picturesque streets. Wandle Park provides scenic riverside walks, and Morden Hall Park offers beautiful National Trust gardens and open meadows. The area is also home to a growing food scene, with popular spots such as The Charles Holden pub for relaxed drinks, The Sultan for highly regarded Turkish cuisine, and Local Hero for excellent coffee and brunch. Tooting is just a short journey away and is well known for its lively markets and acclaimed restaurants including Honest Burgers and Franco Manca.

    Transport connections are excellent, with Tooting Bec Station nearby, providing access to the Northern line.     The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
