    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

The second bedroom's window whistled loudly while closed whenever there was wind being improperly sealed. This required the window to be kept open to get any sleep at night. The kitchen had two frying pans, both no stick, which were badly scratched and rusted. The bedroom door could only be forced closed the fit was so tight and there was a crack above the door frame showing this condition.existed for a while. The bathroom toilet did not flush around the entire perimeter often leaving it dirty. We paid for early arrival but the person scheduled to meet us was 45 minutes late perhaps due to the tube strike. The TV had all of the free channels but no BBC at all. Local shopping is just adequate, at best, with a small Tesco nearby but no full service market. The unit has no A/C and would be especially unsuitable when it is hot. I would attach a video of the Window whistling but this site does not permit it.
