  • Situated on the second floor, the apartment features two cosy double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and wall-mounted shower, and an inviting open-plan kitchen and dining area with seating for four. The living area is designed with comfort in mind, with a plush grey sofa accented by teal and grey cushions, a soft rug, and a coffee table, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, and the minimalist decor throughout provide a calming aesthetic, with a palette of soft greys, whites, and blues, enhanced by natural light streaming through a large window with a simple roller shade. The apartment’s clean, modern look is both elegant and comfortable, making it a welcoming space for relaxation or entertaining.

    There is CCTV in place in the building for your own security. (not in the flat)

    Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. The building is serviced by a lift for your convenience, providing easy access to the flat on the second floor.

The area is a dining haven with renowned spots like Fischer’s, a Viennese café with old-world charm, and The Golden Hind, a local favourite for traditional fish and chips. For a more modern dining experience, head to Chiltern Firehouse, where contemporary British cuisine is served in a glamorous setting. Pubs like The Grazing Goat provide a warm, inviting atmosphere for an evening drink.

    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
