  • This stylish and spacious flat ideally located in the heart of Marylebone/Baker Street, offers a comfortable and well-designed London base for families or groups. Combining contemporary interiors with a private outdoor space and its own private entrance, the flat delivers modern city living with a relaxed, homely feel, all within walking distance of iconic landmarks, green spaces and world-class attractions.

    The flat accommodates up to six guests and features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath. Set on the lower ground floor, the property provides a peaceful retreat from the street while still benefiting from excellent natural light. An additional double sofa bed in the living area offers flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

    *DISCLAIMER* One of the bathrooms is located within a beautifully restored historic vault beneath the building, providing a distinctive architectural feature and unique character. The space has been professionally waterproofed and is carefully maintained as part of the property.
    While we take great care to maintain the property, guests may occasionally experience some of the characteristics common to lower-ground homes, particularly during warmer months.

The patio itself is a charming extension of the living space, furnished for comfort and ideal for morning coffee, evening drinks or a quiet moment outdoors.

    Flowing naturally from the living area is the dining space, set slightly back to create a defined yet open zone. A modern dining table with upholstered chairs provides a comfortable setting for shared meals, whether relaxed breakfasts or dinners after a day exploring the city. The open-plan kitchen completes the layout with a sleek, contemporary design, featuring modern cabinetry, integrated appliances and dark tiled splashbacks, combining style with everyday practicality.

    Please note: a security camera is in place monitoring the external access to the flat door for safety and security purposes only. There are no cameras inside the property.

    Marylebone is one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its village-like atmosphere, independent boutiques and excellent dining scene. Nearby highlights include the Sherlock Holmes Museum, Lord’s Cricket Ground and London Zoo, while Regent’s Park offers one of the city’s most beautiful green spaces for walks, picnics and outdoor performances. Shopping destinations such as Oxford Street, Carnaby Street and Selfridges are all within easy reach.

    Food and drink lovers are spoilt for choice in Marylebone, with a wide selection of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs, as well as waterside spots around Little Venice that offer a quieter, scenic contrast to central London’s buzz.
