    WELCOME TO YOUR HAVERSTOCK HIDEAWAY

    There’s something about this flat that just feels right. Maybe it’s the soft light through the balcony doors in the morning, or the way the open-plan space invites you to slow down. It’s tucked at the top of Vabel Haverstock — a beautifully designed building just moments from Chalk Farm Tube, and yet somehow, it still feels like your own quiet pocket of the city.

    Inside, everything’s been thought through. The kitchen is fully equipped (with everything you need for real cooking), and the layout flows beautifully into the living area — perfect for reading, writing, or stretching out with a glass of wine and a good film. The private balcony catches the sun just right.

    The bedroom is peaceful and understated, with a Juliet balcony, a proper mattress, and blackout blinds so you can truly rest. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, underfloor heating, and lovely clean finishes — everything you need, nothing fussy.

    To help you settle in, we’ve included a starter welcome pack with complimentary tea and coffee, travel-sized toiletries, and everyday essentials like loo roll, kitchen roll, and washing-up bits to get you through the first few days. Shops and cafés are just minutes away along Haverstock Hill if you need anything more.

    Step outside, and you’re minutes from Camden Market, Primrose Hill, and Regent’s Park — some of London’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Head up the road for brunch in Belsize Park, or take a 5-minute walk for coffee by the canal in Camden. The Northern Line gets you to King’s Cross, Soho, or the West End in under 10 minutes — but honestly, you may not want to leave.

    I’ve tried to make this place feel like a quiet breath of fresh air in the middle of the city — a space where you can really unplug, settle in, and exhale.

    You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

    THE PRACTICAL BITS (WE PROMISE TO KEEP IT BRIEF!)

    Check-in & Check-out:
    Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you’d like to request a different time, let us know in advance — we’ll always try to accommodate when possible, but it’s subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

    Please be mindful of our cleaning team’s schedule. For unauthorised late check—outs or early arrivals, a £20 charge per half hour will apply.

    Keys:
    You’ll receive check-out instructions the day before departure, including how to return the keys to the key safe. Following this step is essential — if not done correctly, it can delay access for our cleaners and affect the rest of their day. A £50 fee applies for incorrect key return.
    Lost keys requiring a lock replacement will be charged at £100. Lockouts that require a call-out will incur a £50 fee.

    Parking:
    There is no private parking with the property, but you’ll find easy alternatives nearby:

    Parkopedia & Just Park – local residents offer spaces at competitive rates
    Please note: ZipCar bookings do not include parking, so separate arrangements must be made.

    Family Facilities:
    A travel cot is available for hire at £40, which covers drop-off and collection. Please bring your own cot bedding. If you also require a high chair, both items can be provided for a total of £45.

    Smoking:
    Smoking is strictly prohibited. A £200 fine applies if smoking is detected inside the property.

    Extra Guests & Noise:
    Only registered guests are permitted in the property unless agreed in advance. As the home is in a residential building, no parties or loud music are allowed. Breaches of these rules will result in a £250 fine.

    Lost Property:
    Please take care when packing up. Lost items are handled by a third-party courier service who charge a minimum of £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

    Property Management Services:
    Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
    The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
