We enjoyed our stay in London. It was a great location really close to the trains. Also, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was clean, with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the kitchen with its many appliances. Overall, great place to stay when visiting London.

Very nice upscale new remodel in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and markets and several transportation lines, all within a short walk distance. It worked very well for us.

Great Flat In London

The flat was absolutely gorgeous and just as described and shown in the photos. It had everything you could possibly want or need. It was VERY convenient to public transit and was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Simon was a wonderful host, very communicative and considerate. I highly recommend this lovely flat!

Happy little haven

Check in was very easy using instructions from the owner. The flat is beautiful and an easy walk up one floor. Close to tube stations and easy to get around London. Would absolutely stay here again if I make another trip across the ocean. Very beautiful space and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.

Outstanding

Simon’s apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood within waking distance to shops and transit. It was lovely sitting on the deck in the unseasonably warm weather sipping on a delicious G&T provided by Simon. He was also very quick to respond with any questions and I would gladly stay here again.

Perfect stay at this pristine flat! It was just the right size for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities in Simon’s exquisite kitchen, and relaxed in the evening after a long day in London on his very private outdoor space. Neighborhood offered everything we needed for groceries and meals, and the proximity to the tube made our travel to London seamless. Great flat, great location, great host!

Fantastic Find!

This place is absolute perfection! The location is central to anywhere you want to go in London. The apartment has such a great vibe and allowed all of us to have our own space if we wanted. Simon was fabulous to interact with and super responsive. We will absolutely stay here again and hope you are lucky enough to stay here too.

As listed. Perfect staging area for London with all amenities and all clean. Beautiful balcony and also sitting room. Very attentive host with helpful instructions and information at the ready. Note that there are some particular instructions for kitchen -use and also the beds are soft in case these are important details for a party. Overall excellent stay.

Gorgeous, elegant & comfortable apartment!

We stayed four nights in Simon's beautiful apartment - everything was well appointed: beds extremely comfortable, shower amazing, appliances high end, excellent telly and comfy lounging area. It was very clean and the location was an easy tube to all the interesting areas of London. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Not much to say. Beautiful apartment, great area. Simon has a very detailed and helpful guide about the place and area. We really enjoyed it. One small comment about the “king bed”…not sure if it’s different in the UK, but in the States that would be considered a queen sized bed. Thanks Simon!

Great flat at a convenient location

This is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped and located, and with a lot of light. It was easy to go everywhere from here. Simon is a great host who was always available to answer questions. He received us with coffee and a nice gift, very nice touch. Beds are very comfortable. We would stay here again, and we definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment in West Hampstead

Simon does a wonderful job maintaining his property. The renovation work is stellar & I love wood floor planks around the unit. The apartment is about a 10-15min walk to both West Hampstead stations (Overground & Tube) along with a myriad of pubs, stores, & eateries along West End Lane. Also situated in a very calm residential area & the fellow tenants were quite quiet, for a multi-family building, during my Summer stay

Perfect in every way

Simon Thank you for having us as your guests. You’ve been a wonderful communicator. The apartment was just perfect for the three of us! It was well-appointed, exceptionally clean, centrally located with easy access to the tube, great restaurants close by. We had everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay. Honestly, I cannot think of one thing I would change.

Amazing stay!

I’m so glad we chose this place! There were a few things I needed help with and had to look at the manual (emptying the dryer’s water bin, for example) but we had no problems. I slept in both beds and the couch because my kids needed some space from each other, haha, and all were comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the apartment was WONDERFUL! we have kids in elementary school and had to remind them to be careful because the place was so nice! Thank you for a great trip!!!

Gorgeous and very comfortable flat in London!

Simon’s flat is not only gorgeous but very comfortable as it offers great amenities such as AC, a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. The balcony garden is also very charming and a great spot to relax. Simon’s hospitality is top rate and he offers amazing recommendations for great dining experiences. The flat is well located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with plenty of options for shopping, dining, markets as well as bus, tube and overground train choices within walking distance. We highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting London.

These pictures do not lie!

Nothing was missed when this flat was remodeled and decorated. Simon was the perfect host. The neighborhood is quite and everyone seems to be trying to out-do each other with their gardens. One word? Lovely!

Wonderful flat with all the comforts of home to enhance your trip to London. Simon is a helpful and responsive host. Flat is exactly as described. Beautiful with high end finishes. Comfortable bed and couches to relax at the end of the day. Everything you need is provided. Perfectly located, close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The kitchen was great. The only problem was height. I am just under 5’ and couldn’t reach anything. Fortunately I brought two tall people with me. All the appliances are high end and there was a bit of a learning curve. I would recommend a google search or asking Simon if you need help. Speaking of Simon, he was great, very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood felt safe, quiet and peaceful. The apartment was immaculate and comfortable and upscale.
