Proximity to Heathrow airport is a big plus for sure. Unexpectdly we had a strange fire alarm or something in the early morning. Considering that we left at 4:45 am to take our flight it was quite annoying to have a false alarm. Everything else was ok.

No puedes dejar el equipaje si tu vuelo sale tarde
El hotel en España sería de 3 estrellas. Sorprendentemente (y de manera decepcionante) no quieren guardarte el equipaje. Querían cobrarme 10libras por hora por guardarme una maleta de equipaje más alla del check-out. Nunca me había pasado.

Great stay!
Really nice hotel, in every way. Excellent location (close to Heathrow Airport), very friendly staff, smooth check-in. Cozy, clean room with comfortable bed! Nice bathdroom, good shower. Nice and spacious lobby/bar with pub-food available at all times. Also a restaurant for dining. Everywhere looking nice and well-decorated. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice. The checkin and checkout were smooth. We booked a taxi with the front desk and were quoted £17 for 3 passengers and two bags. When I confirmed with the dispatcher, he said no it’s £23. We had two medium suitcases and two check in bags. They need to make the baggage rules more specific. Most people travel with one of each. We accepted, but like I said, the terms need to be specific.

Property is close to the airport and have a shuttle service. The room was clean but the bathroom can use some new tub silicone in the shower area. I recommend this hotel.

The customer service was the best thing about my experience. The room didn’t seem freshly cleaned and had an abandoned feel. The TV didn’t have any service connected and overall, other than a place to get a few hours of sleep between flights the place just wasn’t very accommodating.
