  • En City of London es obligatorio que los anfitriones vivan en la misma vivienda. Yo uso el apartamento del sótano. Mi despacho está en una zona privada de la casa, claramente señalizada como tal. No hay espacios compartidos. Los dispositivos de seguridad están instalados, se revisan y se mantienen. Estilo informal-contemporáneo. 1600 sqft de espacio privado para huéspedes, MÁS 700 sqft de terraza y patio (acceso según la temporada). Habitación grande con televisión en streaming, chimenea de doble cara y baño privado. Salón con home cinema. Te recibiré a tu llegada, te daré unas indicaciones y luego te dejaré disfrutar a tu aire. Mi gata (Annabelle) es muy tranquila y cariñosa, y estará conmigo el 90 % del tiempo. NOTA: Los eventos especiales, como cenas de grupo, sesiones fotográficas profesionales o rodajes, deben comunicarse en el momento de la reserva, ya que pueden aplicarse tarifas diarias especiales. Si no se aprueban previamente, se cobrarán tasas adicionales y/o se rechazará tu reserva sin derecho a reembolso. No se admiten niños de ninguna edad ni mascotas, salvo animales de asistencia certificados previa autorización del anfitrión.

A trip I won’t forget - Kevin’s property is an hidden oasis that is hard to find in a busy city like London.

We found everything that we needed quite easily and felt that the house was stocked very well including lots of little things that are not always thought of by hosts (toothpaste, dental floss, soaps, steamer for clothes etc.) The bed was very comfortable and we loved having the double-sided fireplace - so cozy! The hot tub was lovely and very refreshing as it was so cold outside during our stay... so much fun to slip into the hot water while it was snowing! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the river and the birds/wildlife and found the area to be very peaceful. Kevin was easy to communicate with and very respectful of our space and privacy. He was an excellent host and we look forward to returning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Overall, the stay was fine. The location was nice, the hot tub was lovely, and was saw both deer and bald eagles from the back porch view. I understood that the host would be onsite per the London regulations and while we didn't see him after the introduction and the first few interactions, I didn't realize he would still be on the same floor as us. I was envisioning separate accommodations or floors. Not bad, just not as private as I was hoping for. Still a nice weekend.

The house is wonderful, as is the back deck. Perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Had one issue and Kevin took care of it immediately.

The property’s location was great for us with a beautiful setting and access to walking paths along the river. We had access to a large warm hot tub on the patio though we didn’t use it. Kitchen is very well appointed. Comfy bed and large bathroom with lots of counter space. Our host was very nice and though living on site, we didn’t see hm after our initial meeting, he was very discrete.

The upstairs of a beautiful home in the northeast end of london. Huge deck and hot tub with full kitchen dining and bbq to use for the price of a hotel room I’d rather rent back here again. Kevin was awesome

Unpleasant communication with host.

I did not stay at this VRBO location. My rating is based on an unpleasant telephone interaction with the host.On the day of travel, I departed later than expected and texted host at 5:30pm from an En Route on Hwy 401 to let him know that I would arrive later than originally planned. He informed me that the deadline for check-in was 8pm. I didn’t recall seeing this critical piece of information on his host page, nor did it come up in any of our correspondence re booking. Nevertheless, I apologized and asked if he wished to cancel my booking.Following this brief text exchange, the host called me and took me to task for my projected late arrival. I accepted responsibility for missing the check-in deadline and apologized several times for the inconvenience to him. I asked again if he wished to cancel the booking, given my projected late arrival. He replied that he would accommodate my late arrival, but then continued to express his annoyance with me, despite my having informed him that I was driving in heavy traffic on the 401. I eventually let him know that I was going to hang up.After hanging up and reflecting for a moment, I phoned the host back and left a brief voice message, cancelling my reservation. I indicated that I would not have been comfortable staying in his guest suite following his manner toward me in his phone call.
