This is a new hotel that opened in April and is nicely decorated, but there are still some kinks to work out.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is well located. However, for a 4-star property, I was surprised by the lack of some basic amenities. There was no complimentary water in the room, while the minibar was fully stocked with alcohol, snacks, and other paid options—all quite expensive for what was offered. In my experience as a frequent traveler, even 4- and 5-star hotels usually provide at least one complimentary bottle of water to welcome guests.
Another small but disappointing detail was the shower: the refillable bottle for body wash was empty.
On a positive note, the breakfast (not included in the room rate) was delicious, and both the waiter and the manager were very kind and attentive, which helped balance the experience.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but some basic service details need improvement to truly meet 4-star expectations.
