Incredible beautiful room! Everything was clean and tidy, enough space for one person, probably even two, helpful personal, easy peasy check in - would definitely come back!

What a wonderful stay! We were lucky to have a riverview which didn’t disappoint. The hotel is in an ideal location, walking distant into the centre but far enough out to be peaceful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well thought out with all the things you’d need as well as being beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend and will stay again!

We stayed in a garden room at the hotel, and this was fine for a long weekend's stay and I'd happily use it again. The room was clean and tidy with good furnishings. The en suite bathroom too, was well appointed. There were some tea and coffee making facilities which we made use of and were fine. The location was ideal for us. Easily walkable from the railway station and very close to the river, bridge over the Thames and its associated amenities. It is also within easy walking distance of the park at Hampton Court. The room was of a comfortable stay for a short period, but might be too compact for some staying for a longer period. We had no direct access with any staff (not a problem) being provided with access codes via email prior to arrival. The garden rooms are accessed from a communal courtyard that included, when we visited, a large gazebo with comfortable chairs for sitting out. Whilst this would be of use in summertime an English autumn makes it a little less inviting. This might be a benefit though as I could imagine other guests use may disturb residents of the garden rooms. The communal area is also lit but we found the room's blinds were sufficient to exclude this light.

The staff was very responsive, the neighborhood was beautiful with shop and restaurants nearby and plenty of buses and train options to get to other parts of London, including Heathrow. I will stay here again.

Spotless room with extremely comfortable bed. Good tea & coffee facilities. TV had vast range of channels. Security was first class. Would definitely stay there again

This is not a "Hotel", it is a dressed up hostel. There is only room cleaning by appointment with additional fee, unless staying longer than 2 weeks !!! NO clean towel replacement, no clean bed linen,or cup replacement ! Room had ant infestation, including in cups. Shower had mold, cobwebs in corners. Bathroom mirror never cleaned, still had original writing from installation, and was placed over the toilet ,instead of wash basin at other end of bathroom. ! How are you expected to wash and shave ?? I shared photos of mold, ants and dirt with "customer support" and only got a "Thanks for letting us know" !! No on-site support. Very very disappointed !!

Nice room and good location, however housekeeping was by request only and possibly chargeable, especially when stays of 14 nights or more were given a complimentary mid stay clean. Whilst we appreciate this is a small boutique hotel, we book hotels so as to have the room and linen freshened regularly - doesn't need to be daily. To have to make arrangements and potentially be charged extra for it wasn't ideal. We found the "fridge" in the room not very useful. It was probably only just about big enough for a small carton of milk and so found ourselves not able to keep drinks cool, which, in the middle of a heatwave, is not great. The room is big enough for a small fridge or drinks chiller so not sure why something bigger wasn't in the room. We would really have appreciated a fridge big enough to keep drinks in and at least one change of linen during our stay.

Not appropriate service. No staff at property. Everything is over the phone. and access works via access codes. The locks dont work many times. Room dont get cleaned daily. They told me to pay extra if I need to get rooms cleaned or get new bed sheet. I stayed for 10 days. And no new bed sheet or towel. The room also had lot of ants. Used to climb on the bed. There is no staff on property so you cant even complain to anyone.

My Rating: 3/5 Stars This review is intended for both prospective guests and hotel management. While the hotel is lovely to look at, several fundamental practical elements were missing or inadequate. Stay Details: I stayed in the Family Suite (ground floor) in the Pembroke Lodge with my partner and baby daughter. The Good (4/5) Location: Brilliant location! Close to Kingston town center, near the river, and right in the best area for food and drink. Comfort: The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and was a nice spot for a good night's sleep. Storage: Excellent wardrobe space and nice quality soaps provided. The Issues (2/5) The hotel seems to have prioritized aesthetics over functionality, leading to a frustrating experience with basic expectations. Amenities & Workspace NO Fridge: This was a significant inconvenience, especially traveling with a baby. Insecure Safe: The safe provided is very small and cheap; it will not fit a laptop or iPad. Unsuitable Workspace: The vintage desk and stool are uncomfortable and impractical for actually working. Poor Ironing Setup: The ironing board is a tiny, fold-out type, making it almost impossible to iron clothes properly without a suitable surface. Heating & Temperature Inadequate Room Heating: The room is heated by a ceiling-mounted electric air blaster (like those often seen at shop entrances), not proper radiators. It did not heat the room effectively. Freezing Bathroom: The small electric towel rail was completely insuffic

Spotless room. Excellent location. Great amenities, comfy beds. Hosts were absolutely fantastic. Very quick to reply on emails and anything we needed. Would highly recommend this place - and would easily come back.
