The flat is light and spacious, with large windows throughout and would be an excellent base for your trip!
The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, and there is a dining table for evenings.
The living area is spacious, with a large, comfortable sofa bed and workspace. Please note that the sofa bed is smaller than a standard double bed, but it is still a double sofa bed.

We hope you'll get a great night's sleep in our king-size bed in the main bedroom and use the towels and toiletries provided in the large bathroom.
We are happy for you to bring pets along with you, but there is no outside space attached to the flat, so don't advise bringing large pets that need a lot of room.

If you're looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Tesco Express and Waitrose within 5 minutes walk. If you're looking to eat out, there are several cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the flat. Some of our favourites include Clerkenwell Grind for great coffee and Polpo Smithfield for fantastic Italian food and wine.
Other points of interest in the area include the nearby Barbican Centre, which has regular shows and events ranging from art to cinema and theatre. Bustling Shoreditch is a 20-minute walk away, while the flat also provides easy access to hotspots such as St Paul's Cathedral.
There is paid on-street parking next to the house for 2 hours between 8:30 am-6:30 pm Mon-Fri and 8:30 am-1:30 pm Saturday.
The property is well situated to get you around London. By tube, Farringdon mainline (National rail) or underground (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines) and Barbican underground station (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines), all within a 10-minute walk
Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can take you around London and the city. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

This was a great property! Perfect for my husband, son and myself. Plenty of space, clean, close to a couple of stores and a block or two from some cafes. We also could walk less than ten min to the tube. Great support from Vrbo when we struggled with the lock as well. Thanks!

CONS: * The check-in process is not at all as is described. In every piece of correspondence, GuestReady sent long messages with cutsie emojis and "helpful" links, but the check-in procedure was BURIED three links deep. You have to walk almost half a mile to a KeyNest store, which they make it sound like it's right there next to the property, or even on site. It's not. They even went so far as to film a "how to check-in" video as a way to help, but when the video begins, the person says, "Grab the key from the KeyNest store and head to the property." At no point is it revealed where this store is in the video. * You're given a key ring with four keys, and the man in the video unlocks the door so quickly, we had to watch the video three times to identify which keys he was using for which locks. Not helpful when it's 5PM and we'd been travelling and tired. * Upon attempting to get the doors open, we called the "Emergency phone number" that they sent in the Whatsapp message. We were on hold for 8 minutes before deciding to give up. * We had to go to the Sainbury's across the street and buy toilet paper because we were left with one roll for 5 days - between regular usage and using the toilet paper for blowing our noses (no tissues in the place at all???), of course we ran out. We left the rolls there for the next poor guests who might be otherwise caught unawares. PROS: * The property is cute, but the area is awful. That's on us for choosing the area.

Great location
We loved this flat! The location was great! It’s in a cute residential area and is located centrally so it a great launching pad for walking to a lot of the main attractions you’ll want to see. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable and great place to stay while exploring London!
