    This 73 sqm apartment offers comfortable living for up to 4 guests across two spacious bedrooms. Located in the heart of Battersea, it's your perfect base for discovering South London's vibrant culture and riverside charm.

    Bedrooms: One king bed and one queen bed, each with fresh quality linens and thoughtful touches for a restful stay.

    Living Area: Open-plan lounge with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and direct access to your private balcony—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Kitchen: Equipped with essential cookware and utensils for preparing simple meals and snacks.

    Bathroom: Stocked with clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and fresh amenities.

    The flat is naturally warm. We provide a portable air conditioning unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms for your comfort during warmer months.

    Please note that construction is currently underway in the building across the street, which may result in higher noise levels during the day.

    Guests will have access to the entire home!

    On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

    We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

    The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

    The nearest train station, Clapham Junction, is just a 12-minute walk away.

    Heathrow Airport is a 31-minute drive from the property.

    Please note that construction is currently underway in the building across the street, which may result in higher noise levels during the day.

    This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

    Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

    There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

    We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Super appartement, un peu excentré mais très bien desservi avec le bus. Belles balades à faire le long de la Tamise. L'appartement est très grand et fonctionnel, parfait pourcun séjour en famille

Perfect if you need space for work as will as sleep

We were able to have business meetings all week and work at the large dining table. Lovely cafe we could see from our wiidow provided coffee and lunches.It was also great to have two bathrooms so business associates did not have to pass through either bedroom.Sunny, airy, clean and bright.

Great location for London

My daughter and I arrived here on Christmas Day morning. We picked up the keys from a store around 5 minutes drive away. Generally the property was well maintained and its in a great location nearby Plantation Wharf.

Lovely stay in London

The apartment was perfect, clean and well located a short drive from Battersea power station. Used the Uber boat from St Mary's pier just a few yards away. Current construction works on a high rise didn't impact on us as they were quiet from early evening to 8am.

Quiet, easy access place with great view

This was the perfect place for our 1st, week-long family visit to London. Not wanting to be smack in the middle of the touristy areas, we were still a quick ride via Victoria Line, Northern Line or UberBoat/ferry to them! We were a 5-7min walk from the renovated Battersea Power Plant, with tons of food, shopping and entertainment options. And a Waitrose grocery was across the street, making it super easy to stock up for breakfast and snacks we needed.

Great location

This property was the perfect location to get to all the public transportation. We didn’t have to walk more than 15 minutes to get to a train and depending on direction we were headed, no more than 3-8 minutes for a bus. It was nice to be on the river and worked great for my husband, myself and our teenage daughter. We felt safe walking back from the bus stops even late at night.

The host was ABSENT. There was a major leak from the hall bathroom that was seeping out into the common hallway which caused a very offensive stench to the adjacent owners. We spent an entire day of our vacation dealing with plumbers, concierge videotaping and trying to communicate (via a very patient neighbor) with the owner who lives out of the country. There were no supplies provided ( toilet paper, soap, dishwasher, etc.)The NOISE from the huge construction outside made it impossible to utilize the balcony, not to mention sleep with the windows open. Three fans were provided which were all BROKEN. The list goes on and on... VRBO reimbursed us 200 and change after an ongoing battle with them.

Nice place

We were very happy with the apartment. The living room and kitchen are furnished in a very modern style and were the perfect spot for us to cook dinner and hang out in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped with almost everything you need to prepare food. The only thing we missed was a knife with a flat blade, but that wasn't a big issue at all. We enjoyed the balcony a lot and were very happy that the Thames path was just a few meters away from the apartment. The only shortcoming was the Temperaturen in the building, as it was very hot, even if the heating was turned off. All in all the accomodation contributed to the lovelyness of our Trip and we can definitely recommend the property!

Fairly easy check in. Didn’t love having to pick up/drop off keys to/from another locationConstruction going on daily directly across from the flat. Extremely warm in the flat but opening windows helpedAll in all a decent stay. Guest ready was always available and helpful. Safe clean area
