    Once upon a time an 1870's gin house... you're sure to fall in love with!



    This is a fantastic property located in a calm square within a 5min walk from Vauxhall station, within walking distance to the river path and great transport links



    The house retains many of its original features. Split over 4 levels and with an open plan kitchen/living space and 3 spacious bedrooms (each with ensuite bathroom), this home is a great option for a family or for business travellers that require some privacy



    The Space:

    Welcome to your London home!



    Please note this is also a home - not just a rental - where we keep some personal items and we have kept original furniture and decoration so we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care and respect you would your own.



    This is an impressive 1,800 Sq ft/ 165 Sq mt property split over 4 levels. It features 3 spacious bedrooms (each with an ensuite bathroom) and an open space kitchen and living area where you can socialise and enjoy moments together.



    This is an ideal place to stay south of the Thames as it is within a short walk to Vauxhall and Oval stations, making it easy to get into central London, London Bridge or Waterloo.



    Property distribution:



    Ground floor:

    Entrance to the property and a space where we can keep your luggage if we can offer a bag drop (to be agreed in advance)



    First floor:

    The stairs lead to a spacious open plan living and dining room. There are sofas and chairs for guests to relax while they watch the wall-mounted smart TV. There is a large dining table in the dining area that seats up to 8 people. The professionally equipped stainless steel kitchen and stand-alone stove is complimented with in-cupboard dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer. The adjoining juliet balcony overlooks a patio (access is not included with the rental). There is a discrete guest toilet room on the same floor.



    Second floor:

    Here you will find two large double bedrooms with plenty of storage space. the Master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and and large en-suite wet room. The Second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with bathtub and shower.



    Third floor:

    A spiral internal staircase will lead you to a large attic with a double bed an en-suite bathroom (please mind your head!)



    You can hear the iconic sounds of Big Ben at night and have views of the London Eye from the top floors



    This property is located in a quiet residential square with a very good feel and a couple of local gems. It is ideal for families, colleagues, or friends who want to socialise and share a comfortable living space, but enjoy having some privacy. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk) makes it ideal for exploring London.



    Please note that all guests will need to use the staircase to access the kitchen/living floor and the bedrooms/bathrooms. Therefore, this property is not ideal for people with limited mobility and you will need to be careful with your children.



    This is a home and personal items are kept in it. We will ensure there is enough space inside the wardrobes/drawers/kitchen/fridge for your belongings and groceries but will ask you to respect the areas where we will store personal belongings. We also kindly request our guest to keep the decoration and equipment in their original place.



    We can book permits for street parking for £30/day, subject to availability and to be requested in advance

    Guest Access:

    We will require the details of your arrival in advance, so we can agree on your check-in process.



    The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in. This is for security purposes. If the main guest is not the person doing the check-in, then we will also need the ID and contact details of the person who will be doing the check-in and who will be responsible for the keys.



    We will provide you with 3 sets of keys



    You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities

Sitting just south of the River Thames, Vauxhall offers the perfect balance of city buzz and local charm. You’ll find yourself surrounded by great food, lively pubs, stylish cafés, and beautiful riverside walks.



    The area is known for its excellent transport links: Vauxhall Station (Underground Victoria line, rail, and bus) is just moments away, giving you quick and easy access to Central London, Westminster, the West End, and beyond. Oval Station (Underground Northern line) is also within a short walking distance. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a relaxing break, getting around couldn’t be easier.



    Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and the tranquil pathways along the Thames. You’re also close to iconic attractions such as the MI6 Building, Tate Britain, and the buzzing South Bank — all within walking distance or a short ride away.

    Underground: the nearest station is Vauxhall (Victoria Line) within a 5min walk or Oval (Northern Line) within a 10min walk

    Train: Vauxhall rail station is within a 5min walk. It takes you towards Waterloo or Clapham and beyond

    Direct bus links from Vauxhall station to many of London’s top attractions, including Tate Modern, the Tower of London, and the shops of Oxford Street

    We will stay in touch with you before your stay and will agree on your check-in process. We’ll also provide tips to help you make the most of the area and London.
