Buen precio, sin más...
El hotel está a las afueras de Londres, lejos del centro. El metro te deja lejos del hotel y necesitábamos coger un taxi para llegar desde la parada de metro al hotel. El desayuno bien, buffet, pero la cena repetitiva. La recepción es también la cafetería y el comedor.

Poca profesionalidad y sucio.
No es lo que refleja en las fotos . El menu de cenas limitadisimo , nos dieron de cenar lo mismo los 3 dias. No tienen casi gente empleada y todo tarda muchisimo. La recepcion la tienen , pero no la usan. Tienes que ir a hablar de todo a la barra del bar donde estan los demas huespedes del hotel (Poca intimidad) . En general el aspecto del hotel es sucio y su personal no es profesional. (Salvo la chica de por las mañanas del buffet)

Buen hotel, pésimo servicio
El hotel está muy bien, pero el personal de servicio es un desastre: desde un recepcionista que nos dio una habitación que ya estaba ocupada (accedimos con los otros huéspedes dentro de la misma), un camarero que vino 3 veces a decirnos que no disponía del plato que le pedíamos (hasta que se dio cuenta de que era porque no quedaba queso) y, sobretodo, por otro recepcionista al que tardamos más de 30 minutos en localizar de madrugada y que para abrir una puerta que estaba bloqueada no tuvo mejor idea que reventarla a martillazos a las 3 de la madrugada, despertando a medio hotel. Pues eso, que el personal es un desastre.

El hotel, está ubicado en una zona MUY TRANQUILA. MUY VERDE. Al centro de Londres, se llega en apenas 40 minutos (1 transbordo)

Muy lejos de la ciudad..!!
Fue una estancia agradable. Sin embargo puedo decir que las camas están un poco duras y el hotel algo lejos de la ciudad. La estación del metro está un poco más de 15 minutos caminando. No lo recomiendo si es que se va a visitar las partes primordiales de Londres. Saludos.

Overall it was a pleasant stay but the hot breakfast that we paid for was not consumable and I'm not at all a fussy eater and don't have much expectations.

It's a great place with comfortable beds, quiet rooms, clean and the staff are amazing. Special thanks to Sonia who was honest and upfront about any issues that existed and helped sort them out quickly and efficiently. Great stay for over 2 weeks!

Liked the cleanliness of the hotel and routine housekeeping check ins for the rooms, whether you allow them to enter or simply place rubbish bags outside your door to be picked up.

Low cost, perfect for business
I would recommend this hotel to anyone just looking for a bed for the night or maybe if you're on business or work trip. It's not what i'd call a luxurious hotel, but the room I stayed in was comfortable enough although the shower screen was missing it's 2nd door, however it still worked, the shower was strong and the room was clean. I think you've got to remember this place is the cheapest available, and it's got ample FREE parking and free internet, so I'd go back definitely. One last thing, i have stayed here before and the last room was a bit "Tired' but the reception moved me to a better room, no problem, so all in all I would recommend this place... remember though, it's a low cost business hotel, so don't expect the Ritz!

Absolute gem!
The hotel is covid compliant ensuring everyone keep their distance, wear their masks and sanitisers were provided in the common areas. We requested an early check in with no pressure. There is plenty of spaces to work in the lobby and managed to attend my virtual meeting peacefully while waiting for our room. The hotel and the staff did their best to get the room ready for us. We got in to our room and they gave us our request. We booked a family room and the room provided didn’t have a table in front of the sofa as per the picture but they manage to give us one and an electric fan as it was quite a hot day. The room has tea and coffee making facility with no water provided but they gave us 1 free big bottle of water for free. The staff and the manager were all fantastic! Late in the evening, I realised one of the towels was dirty of stains and they replaced it straight away. The building is old and so the room has wear and tear but overall for a 2 nights business trip, I would highly recommend this hotel. Wifi is very strong and the place is dog friendly! The breakfast was served as requested and can’t fault it. I would definitely stay here again as it’s 20 mins drive to Walthamstow Central and plenty of walks around with a lake 3 mins by walk from the property. Thank you to the management and staff! You were all brilliant!

I was pleasantly surprised the location is lovely, not far away from plenty of amenities, the price is very reasonable for the type of hotel.

Basic but comfortable hotel
Decent hotel with basic necessities. Staff on reception were a bit slow, were waiting for around 20 mins to check in as she was on the phone. Rooms are basic and clean, no mini fridge or air con as advertised on the website. Beds were comfortable and was practical for a one night stay.
