Our North Finchley Apartment is situated in a quiet residential house in the heart of London. Our apartment is ideal for anyone who wants to visit London without the expense of a central London hotel and stay. It is only a 10-minute walk from Woodside Park Tube Station, 8 minutes to bus stops and mainline stations and 30 minutes to Kings Cross Station which offers easy access to Central London's famous tourist spots. The close proximity of transportation links from our short stay apartment means that you can go in and out of Central London and Finchley for work or for leisure purposes. Our apartment is also a short walk away from high rated restaurants, local shops, educational institutions, pubs, gym and entertainment facilities,hospitals and tourist hotspots.

The nearby towns/cities from our apartment are Golders Green, Muswell Hill, Friern Barnet, Whetstone, Mill Hill, Hendon and even London, are easy to reach, with countless family attractions and places of interest to explore.

House rules:
• Keep the apartment clean, tidy and clear of rubbish and leave the apartment in the same condition as you find it.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
• No parties/events;
• Pet fee is £10/night per pet (Pet fee is subject to change depending on pet type);
• Our usual security deposit amount is £150, however, we reserve the right to ask for a security deposit of up to £500 for bookings for more than 2 weeks;
• Fans and/or cot is available upon request.
• We have a rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guests must sign the rental agreement. We also require a copy of their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
