We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our pods and our staff services.We are currently trying to get some AC works approved, and while that is done we provide fans to our guests to cope with the heat. If there is none in your room upon arrival you can always request one at reception (open 24/7). Additionally, a good hack is to use the duvet we provide as a mattress topper and the sheet as a blanket - this will make your bed extra comfy and cool.Lastly, if any issue with other guests arise, remember you can always come to our front desk and we will mediate :DHope to see you again in the future ;)

Hi!Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback for us. We're sorry to see you didnt enjoy your stay as much as you could have. We are very happy to hear you found our staff to be very friendly :)Unfortunately, heat waves are not common in London, so there is usually no need for aircon, this is why we dont currently have any, but we are looking into it! We do provide fans for every room and have earplugs for sale at Reception.We sincerely hope you can give us another chance someday in the future, we'll keep working hard to improve.Save travels
