Here are the positives: the shower was great and the location was great - close to the tube, lots of restaurants, and the mall.The negatives:Extremely small - there is NO living area. If you use the provided chairs and table, you cannot use the kitchen, the bathroom, or the door.No closets. Only a small dresser - one drawer of which is filled with the blow dryer, hangers (pointless with no closet), and assorted plastic bags. Underbed storage only works if you open your suitcase and leave it open. Yes, there is a washing machine, but no drying function and no drying rack or clothesline. THERE IS NO MICROWAVE - they misrepresented that. It is an oven. Instructions for your stay are misleading - and the management has no clue either. They give you directions for disposing of rubbish - not accurate. It is clear that the management company has never seen the property and never read the listing. Last issue - impossible to get a decent night's sleep. There is a bright green exit sign right above the door - room is never dark. Mattress is very old - springs pressing into your back. And finally, you can hear every footstep made by the people in the upper flat. The doors slamming at all hours. The light in the hallway that shines in through the gap in the door. The loud cleaners as they go through their day. Word of advice - this place is only 1 step above a youth hostel. If you are looking for a nice place to stay - this isn't it.
