The Space:
Welcome to this charming 31 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Brewer Street in the heart of Soho. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The Neighborhood:
Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

This is an ideal flat for the right people. It is clean, incredibly central, well stocked and well run. (We even ran into issues with the water heating and it was taken care of pretty painlessly!) I would say, however that the neighborhood is -- well, Soho. It's a happening part of town with lots of night clubs and young people on the street having fun. It just so happens that we are in our 60s so it was all a bit wasted on us. We loved being within walking distance of everything and having such wonderful food options near by, but it didn't have the right vibe for us. If you love the night life, however, this is a perfect choice.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – in der Nähe des West End, sodass man die Theater, Restaurants und das lebhafte Zentrum Londons genießen kann, während man dennoch in einer ruhigen Gegend wohnt. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, komfortabel und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles entsprach den Fotos und Angaben. Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte stets schnell, was den Check-in und die Kommunikation sehr einfach machte. Ich würde hier gerne wieder übernachten und kann die Unterkunft jedem London-Besucher empfehlen.

Would not recommend staying here. Pictures far exceed the reality of the property, so much so that it felt like I’d walked into the wrong rental. Check in involves picking a key up from a market around the block; the code the manager’s sent us didn’t work so we had to wait an hour to get the keys. This was a bummer because we’d intentionally booked the property from the night before to account for our early morning arrival (8:00a). All service goes through an AI chat bot that just simply isn’t helpful for resolving any issues, especially those that are timely. If asked if it’d be possible to get a discount for the first day’s booking due to the check-in fiasco but never heard back. Cons get worse- I woke up with bites all over my back after the first night. I slept fully clothed the remaining nights and avoided any further but have large welt bites on my back from whatever was in the room…the massage parlor two doors over runs a prostitution joint at night so would not recommend this place for children though I understand that might be a selling point for some. Prostitutes were hanging out by the door all night - pretty slimy stuff imo. Lastly, their were construction workers outside the bedroom window the entire stay (5 days). I know this really can’t be helped but some form of heads up might feel appropriate. Would not recommend this property to anyone, though the soho location is desirable. Stay somewhere else.
