Welcome to your comfortable and bright apartment in Richmond! Guests will have access to:

This modern, spacious one-bedroom flat offers guests full, private use of the entire property, with no shared areas. Originally designed as a two-bedroom, the flat has been converted into a generously sized one-bedroom home, giving it a noticeably open and comfortable layout compared to typical apartments.
The flat features one double bedroom with a comfortable double bed, quality bedding, and ample space for luggage and storage.
The living room is bright and welcoming, offering full access for relaxing, watching TV, or unwinding after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped and available for guests to use throughout their stay, whether preparing simple meals or dining in. A modern bathroom is also provided for exclusive guest use.
Guests enter via a private ground-floor entrance, ensuring complete privacy from arrival to departure. There is a dedicated parking space located directly outside the property, making arrivals and departures especially convenient.
Please note that the rear garden is not accessible to guests. For security purposes, there is a camera doorbell at the entrance and an outdoor camera covering the garden area only, which guests do not have access to.
Overall, the flat offers a rare combination of privacy, space, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for a comfortable and independent stay.
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
