  • Welcome to our bright and newly refurbished, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. Situated on the 5th floor, this property offers spectacular city views and is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Farringdon Station, with Kings Cross and Russell Square stations also nearby.

    My newly refurbished flat features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, providing bright spaces and fabulous views from the top floor. It is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas, some underfloor heating, high-quality fittings, a top-of-the-range kitchen, and luxurious bathrooms.

    The flat accommodates up to six guests comfortably with two king-size beds and one double bed, all dressed in crisp white linen. A Smart TV is available for streaming your own applications, and there is an Xbox 360 too!

    The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking a meal. Additional conveniences include an iron, ironing board, washing machine and drying rack. A lift provides easy access to the flat, ensuring no need to carry luggage up the stairs.

    My luxurious flat offers a prime location with exceptional city access, making it the perfect base for your London adventure.

    Transport links for Farringdon Station which is 5 minutes walk away:

    London Underground:
    - Metropolitan Line: Provides east-west connectivity across Central London.
    - Hammersmith & City Line: Covers a route from the west to the east of London, passing through key areas like Paddington and Liverpool Street.
    - Circle Line: Encircles central London, offering convenient access to many central locations including Westminster, Tower Hill, and Kensington.
    National Rail:

    Thameslink:
    Offers extensive north-south routes, connecting to northern destinations like Bedford and Cambridge, and southern points such as Brighton and Gatwick Airport.
    Future Services:

    Elizabeth Line (Crossrail):
    Offers faster east-west travel across London, linking to Heathrow Airport and extending to Reading and Shenfield.

    You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

    The essential, but less exciting parts!:

    Check-in/ check-out:
    - Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
    - Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

    Keys:
    Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

    A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

    Parking:
    There is no parking with the property. The are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

    With the two suggested below residents in the neighbourhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks

    PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.

    Bed sizes:
    In the UK, standard double beds are 135 cm by 190 cm. King-size beds measure 150 cm by 200 cm.

    Complimentary Welcome Pack:
    There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there are supermarkets on Farringdon Road and Exmouth Market just outside the flat.

    Linen Policy for Extended Stays
    For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
    You can choose between:
    Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
    Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
    Both options are available at the same cost.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
