★ OVERSTAYS - Unarranged overstays cause havoc with our cleaning schedule. An overstay fee will apply if you do not vacate the property at a pre-agreed checkout time and / or do not return the keys straight after agreed checkout time.
★ LUGGAGE STORAGE ON DEPARTURE - You can leave your luggage up until the cleaner finishes and no later than 13:30 unless other timing arranged with us in Guest Arrival Form.

The hosts were most gracious and quick to respond! I missed that there was no dryer, which was important to us for the days we stayed and travel, but a hanging rack was provided. No fault of our hosts! The home was gorgeous and convenient to where we planned to visit. Walking distance and easy by bus. The restaraunts around us were excellent. Easy access to a drug store and grocery store. The drop off and pickup of keys was close to the Underground exit and entrance, not but a few moments walk from the residence. I assumed bedding would be provided for the pull out in the living room with the 4 we listed but wasn't, be aware there's an extra charge for bedding if you use the pull out and need bedding. My husband noted there was enough extra linens in the cabinets in the main bedroom to cover this even though we paid for the extra bedding for the pull out. We would stay here again many times over! Was actually next door to 2 hotel chains I tried to book hotels for, but were booked. We enjoyed this stay much more.
