El apartamento calido pero lejos
El apartamento esta muy apartado del centro a una hora en bus o en metro y tren para llegar, no pudimos ponernos en contacto con ellos el domingo para poder dejar las maletas despues de las 11.limpieza y la vajilla justita y no encontramos el secador

Bit dissapointed we didnt get the apartment we booked because it was booked for its location, Although the alternative apartment was very nice just wasnr in the right location I would of prefered a phone call explaining as i dont always pick up my emails for a couple of days.

Nice apartment for a longer stay
The apartment was nice, clean. Kitchen well equipped. The parking is small. The Olympic park is close and nice, good for running and walks. A lots of speed controls on the road!

Nice apartment next to the Olympic park
The apartment was nice, clean, like on the pictures. Kitchen well equipped, washing machine also available. Next to the road, it was sometimes louder, but not annoying. The parking is small and the gate is not working properly, but there is also plenty of free space on the street. The Olympic park is close, nice for running and walks.

De ligging is prima en het appartement was in een nieuw staat, de Kamers waren ruim en de bedden voldoende. Alles was aanwezig in de keuken voor een korte vakantie. Niet overal even schoon en de vloer plakte. Verder prima! Openbaar vervoer op loop afstand zowel de bus als de trein.

Appartement is lekker ruim, heeft mooie prive parkeerplaats en heeft een prima keuken. Jammer dat het wel erg minimaal ingericht. Verder prima ontsluiting met openbaar vervoer. (trein en bus voor de deur).

Good place for a family.....
Our stay was pretty good. Getting in over the weekend is a major issue as we had to wait for hours outside the house to get someone to bring the keys over to us. Clean apartment and good location. Cleaning of the apartment is a different ball game as we stayed for 11 nights and no one came to clean the room as we were promised cleaning and change of duvets and bed sheets every four days, this turned out not to be true. We only had someone bring change of towels over after about 8 days into our stay. The towels were too small and need upgrading. TV in the rooms could be better as the one in our flat is old and quite small. We were told parking was free for our 2-bed flat but when we needed to park a guest who came to visit us for a few hours, we were denied the use of it!!. Other than these few mentioned displeasing points as mentioned, we actually had a good stay and enjoyed the flat. Security and the services were good. Close to Lea Bridge train station, so getting around on train was easy. Loads of shops to buy stuffs from scattered around. Quiet and convenient location for a family stay. I will definitely stay in this place if the above issues were resolved.

Appartment is good but little far from central london there is no indian restaurant nearby But appartment is very good and comfortable but it was no problems i use to take metro central line direct to central London we enjoyed our stay thanks hotel.com for booking this appartment.

Great flat, large and comfortable. Given the size I would have expected more plates, glass, cultery and so on but overall was okay but had to clean by hand constantly as only 4 glasses for example. Location not perfect for central London but not too bad either. About £25ish for an Uber to Baker Street.

Redelijk app., iets te rooskleurig aangeboden.
Foto's komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Niet zo luxe als wordt verondersteld, hoog IKEA gehalte en dan erg goedkoop. Bedden prima, warmwatervoorziening te wisselvallend en veel verkeersgeluid. Dichtbij treinstation (30 min. in de city), bus voor de deur (40 min naar city). Zeer gastvrij Turkse supermarkt naast complex. en leuk restaurant, Princess of Wales, op 400 m afstand.

Geweldige accommodatie. Wij hadden met 6 personen een eigen huis. Alles was gloednieuw en leuk ingericht. De buurt is wat verpauperd, maar verder niet vervelend. De verbinding naar het centrum van Londen is goed met een trein- en busstation vlakbij. De reistijd is wel 50 minuten tot soms wel bijna 2 uur. Maar na een dag door de stad slenteren is het geen straf om in de dubbeldekker bus te zitten.

Very nice apartment
The apartment was great, nice and just enough space for my family of 5 to stay comfortably. My only recommendation would be a little more information for travelers from the US, many of the switches and appliances are very different from what we are used to and it took us some time to figure it out. It was very clean and convenient to the train station. We loved it and would stay again. Highly recommend.

Clean and Spacious But Difficult to Contact
Our only problem was the difficulty contacting the apartment staff. We had no enough toilet paper and paper towels so we had to buy for ourselves for the remaining days of stay. We had texted them about the towels, no one answered but changed the towels and cleaned the room after two days fr the day I texted anyway. Overall I will still say, it’s ok.

Nice apartment with bath and extra shower
Nice apartment, parking, comfy rooms, close to city. No check-in desk, you have to call an arrange meeting to collect the keys, threy charge extra 30 or 40 punds for check-in after 8pm. Apartment is in working class neighborhood, but I did not care about that. Great price/quality value!

good location for access to Olympic Park
We stayed this apartment for 11days to watch the Athletic World Championships being held at Olympic Stadium. It was also convenient to visit the central London by bus and we enjoyed our stay very much. Bedrooms, living and dining space, bathroom are clean and comfortable. There are some supermarkets and restaurants close by. Good place for long-stay tourists.

Nice Stay
We were a little bit concerned about the neighborhood as we pulled onto the block (it seemed a little sketchy), but after we settled in we were fine. The owner was very accommodating and had the cleaning lady open up the doors for us since we arrived a few hours earlier than check-in. The location is approximately an hour away from LHR and a less than five minute walk to the train station. There is also a bus stop right across the street. The representative that came by to check us in was extremely helpful. He book marked the map of the subway system and a time table for the local train to my phone.The building is modern. The kitchen can use more cookware. Overall I am happy with my stay at Andora. I would definitely stay there again.

Modernes Appartment am Rande der City
Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Nächte in diesem modernen Appartment. Untertags waren wir immer in der City unterwegs und sind nur zum schlafen zurückgekommen. Die nächsten Zugstation ist nur ca. 3 Gehminuten entfernt, man fährt 1 Station nach Stratford und steigt dann bereits um in die Underground. Für Frühstück etc. gibt es direkt an der Ecke einen kleinen Laden, der immer geöffnet hatte, wenn wir unterwegs waren! Aufgrund der angenehmen Zimmeraufteilung ist dieses Appartment ideal für Studenten und Familien.

Gute Wohnung mit Mängeln in der Küchenausstattung
Große, saubere Wohnung in neuem Haus mit schöner Küche. Leider war die Ausstattung (Töpfe, Geschirr usw.) sehr mager, so dass man die Vorteile der Küche (Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) kaum nutzen konnte. Offenbar wurden verloren gegangene Utensilien nicht ersetzt. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa. Viele kleine Lebensmittelläden in unmittelbarer Nähe, Tesco Supermarkt ca 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

The flat is clean, spacious and well laid out. All you will need is there for your stay. I will and am going to stay there again.

Spacious accomodation for family or group
A very disappointing and annoying check in despite arranged time. A staff from Andora Apartments called 2 days before our check in date to arrange time for the collection of keys as there is nobody on site (i.e. reception). She has offered that keys can be collected earlier than the usual check in time which is 3 pm. We have agreed to get the keys at 12 pm as we wish to leave our luggage before we go for our city sight seeing. We arrived 5 minutes early to the time agreed hence called their local number and the help line but it's been on answering phone. Several calls made and yet no return call despite several messages left. 40 minutes later, we managed to speak to somebody and assured us that somebody will come to meet us. And still this has to be followed up us nobody came up. Somebody came up later, who was not apologetic at all for the inconvenience we suffered. He doesn't appear to be interested at all as we check in. Asked for our identity and started taking photo of my hubby's ID and credit card without any explanation. On our return to the apartment following our day out, we found the apartment: not properly cleaned as the skirting board covered with dusts and dishwasher dirty covered with yellow stuff, no extra bedding for the make up bed in the lounge, no frying pans & unable to lock one of the patio door. A guy came up the next day, after our follow up call, to fix the patio door and gave us our extra bedding. Still no frying pan despite his promise.

Enjoyed it.
We enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi could be quite spotty, but the overall apartment was great. It was a little further from the city than we thought it would be, but it a 5 min walk to the Rail. It gave us a good feel for what living in London would be like, but it was not touristy at all. It was also quite urban. Lots of food in the area.

An OK place at best
It started at check-in when we said that would arrive at the apartment between 2 and 3 pm. We arrived at 2:15 pm and waited with no information or staff support until 2:50 pm, because the owner or manager that arrived to assist us decided to eat lunch first. The room was pretty much as pictured except for some damaged furniture, a stained sofa and broken mirror in one of the rooms. The lack of central air conditioning got old on a few warm nights where you had to choose between an open window with cooler air outside and a fairly busy road with loud traffic throughout the night. There was just no air circulation unless you opened a window and the road noise was loud for sleeping. We stayed there 8 nights but only received housekeeping services once in the middle of our stay. There was a definite lack of toiletries, fresh linen and towels provided.

Not Everything that Glitters is Gold
This was a last minute booking and chose this apartment as all other places were fully booked. I can understand why it was vacant. From walking into the apartment it smelt like wet dogs. I had to complain several times to the cleaners (one in particular was extremely rude) and the management office about the smell and overall cleanliness. It resorted to me buying cleaning products that evening and doing a deep clean myself! I found plates in the cupboard dirty and grime on the walls. Looked like the place had never had a deep clean from the time it was built. Avoid if you like clean places and good wireless connection. Faulty towers and nightmare to stay in.
