Excelente ubicación y es fácil tomar diversos medios de transporte. El personal del hotel muy amable. El hotel en excelentes condiciones y muy limpio.

El hotel está en muy mal estado. Se puede ver desde que se sube por las escaleras: los tapetes están sucios y manchados. El cuarto no estaba muy limpio: la ducha tenía manchas narajas y negras. Lo peor fue encontrarme con trampas de ratones!!! Cómo es posible que tengan problemas con esos animales y que sigan alquilando cuartos?

Cerca de zonas de ocio. El Hotel es muy básico con unas zonas comunes un poco deterioradas pero con la habitación limpia y el baño renovado. El desayuno es suficiente

Great experience
People on the reception was very nice and the rooms clean and very comfortable. There are tea and coffee available all the day and you can bring it to your room. The coffee is not excellent, but the rest of the breakfast is correct. It's a fantastic location. I will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you for all!!!

Estuvo Ok pero no regresaría
El servicio en la recepción es muy bueno en el turno de la mañana. El desayuno está OK la fruta que dan es muy rica. Es rico poder tomar un café y té con panecillos a cualquier hora. No esperen buenas instalaciones. En nuestra habitación la ventana estaba rota. Las pisadas del piso de arriba se escuchaban el edificio cruje. Pero si sólo lo usan para dormir luego de un día de muchas actividades es buen lugar por el precio que tiene.

Escogi este hotel por su precio ya que solo estaria una noche en Londres, ademas de la cercania a la estacion de trenes Euston, ya que tendria que trasladarme a Manchester al sig dia.

Superb location and appropriate value for what you pay. It’s obviously not a 5* but perfectly acceptable for what I paid for a night, when I just needed somewhere to have a few hours sleep after a night out. Will happily use again.

Great value for money
Nicely situated hotel, nice and nicely priced room, friendly staff. Very good value free breakfast with nice coffee - available 24/7. Only downside was that the lift didn’t always work - because the design meant that if people didn’t close the doors (which they didn’t while I was there), then the lift could not be called from one floor to another.

Overnight near Baker St
Needed an overnight near Baker St, so this was a perfect location. The hotel is in good condition, the staff were friendly, the wifi worked and the breakfast was nice!

London 3 day trip

Hi KamThe drinking water is available from the reception 24/7 and , for those that do not wish to pay for bottled water, the tap water in rooms is drinkable. There are 7 lights in the room, including bedside lights , excluding bathrooms lights. There are 8 sockets in every room , and 2 are next to the beds. The hotel serves continental breakfast only, and it is clear in the hotel's description.

Hotel com cheiro estranho e muitas escadas
Hotel fedia cigarro e mofo, a localização era ok, meio longe do centro, mas dava para ir de tram. Tinham muitas escadas e sem elevador. As escadas são íngremes e não cabe o pé inteiro! Há opções melhores em Amsterdam pelo mesmo preço!

Not sure what is this review about, really. We have a fully operational lift in the hotel.This is a no-smoking property too.We really doubt this person stayed at Americana Hotel, maybe he is still in Amsterdam ?

We booked 3 adults in one room, it has 1 double bed and a foldout bed but when u unfold that bed the room is so crammed!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We were a bit surprised to hear you had a foldout bed with a double bed as none of our double rooms have that option, only our twin room. Regarding the size of the room, our hotel is a listed building so unfortunately we are not permitted to make any external or internal changes to the accommodation space. Lower level room was VERY small and suffocatingly hot. A modest hotel experience; however noted that: Location is very good. A good breakfast offering. Courteous and accessible staff.

The shower cubicle was dirty and the shower door didn’t cover the whole area and they’ve used a tiny bit of shower curtain to cover the rest. The room wasn’t clean and the mattress had an awful smell to it.

A nice little hotel in a great location. Breakfast was fresh and had a good selection. We Loved the 24hr tea/coffee machine, as no kettles in the rooms. The rooms are small but adequate, clean and had good storage options to pack your things away. It was just to sleep and explore, so served its purpose. Very friendly staff.

The facility of the hotel is not luxury but meets our needs, especially it is value for money, it is the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. The location is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to Regent Park, 10 minutes walk to Royal Academy of Music, a good arrange of shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will use the hotel again in the future.

Great reception staff. Good value with continental breakfast. Easy distance to transport. Close to shopping and busy attractions yet not noisy at night. Comfortable bed, good nights sleep. Room was as described.

I wouldnt stay here in the summer. The rooms are incredibly hot. Also the wifi is non existent. The hotel really only has the location and staff going for it.

The lounge and dining area were quite nice, as was the continental breakfast. I would just warn readers that the room and bathroom/shower we stayed in was very small but nice. I believe for the price, this is the size one would get when staying in a central London- or any big city- hotel. Our room did not have a street view, and therefore was very quiet. I would advise travelers that are sensitive to noise to ask for rooms that are not facing the street, no matter where one stays.

They made my stay in London hell!
Too bad, AWFUL, Lacks cleanliness, The furniture is shabby, The towels are worn out! the Internet is a tragedy! Where the Wi-Fi network is a disaster! I changed two rooms because of the Wi-Fi, but! I don’t not recommend staying there! And horrible toilet! They made my stay in London hell!
