  • Amazing studio flat in Central London, very stylish, cosy, has everything you need for a stay in London. A lovely place to enjoy your city or business break. Just round the corner from Hyde Park, 1 minute away from Lancaster Gate tube and 3 minutes away from Paddington tube and train stations. The area is full of cafes, pubs and restaurants. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the flat. There is a kitchenette, shower and double bed as well as all the necessary amenities for the stay.

London trip

We had a great stay in the flat and it is such a fantastic area for a stay near paddington station. Make sure to check out Sheila’s cafe just down the street

We enjoyed staying in this studio apartment. Its location is lovely within 7-9min of subway stations, close proximity to restaurants yet fairly quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We do have some minor suggestions for improvements with the bathroom facility that we will share with the host.

Access to all of London

The location of this cannot be beaten for the price. Close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. The proximity to Hyde Park is unmatched!

Wonderful location! Getting the key was a little cumbersome with all our luggage, as it’s at a different location than the flat. But Maria is very communicative, and helpful. The flat is simple but perfect for a stay in London.

Small but excellent location and nicer finishes

This property is situated very close to Kensington Gardens, with easy access to lots of transportation. It is a great neighborhood place, in among tailors, restaurants and pubs. The place is small, especially the bathroom, but it was perfect for 2 people.

Paddington Efficiency

Bonus points for price and value. Nice to have fridge, washer, kitchen. Small and relatively clean and comfortable.Being near multiple stations for bus, underground, trains, etc. made getting around easy.

Wonderful apartment and in a superb area

Great apartment stay that provided an easy access to the underground via a couple of stations.Getting the keys was a bit of an issue but that was on us - we should have read the instructions more clearly as they wee correct.Nice area just north of Hyde Park - very, very safe.Maria was quick to answer when we had a question.Love London!

Super recommended!

The flat is in a great location, just 2 mins away from Lancaster gate; and 5-10 mins away from Paddington.The building and flat are both in great conditions, with modern appliances.I would really recommend this place to anybody who visits London.

Excellent location and safe neighborhood

Make sure you bring the essentials: soap, wash cloth, coffee tea. The place is small and simple but safe and does the trick for a quick home base after a long day of exploring. Very close to bus and train plus wonderful restaurants (the swan has good options for locals and tourist).

The location and bed comfort were top! Very close to 2 tube stations (ease of getting to central London for many sites & Théâtre), walking distance to Hyde park, Notting Hill (great area) & restaurants nearby. One of the best pubs was Churchill Arms (a bit further) with wonderful Thai food in the back. The flat itself is very small, minimal (brought own shampoo, etc) & you could hear everything in the next flat, which was only a problem one night out of 8. All in all, considering the cost of rentals in London, great place to stay!

Great location close to tube

Apartment is conveniently located near Lancaster station and also close to several other including Paddington which makes it easy to get to and from Heathrow. Hyde park across the street is gorgeous and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, etc nearby. Bed is comfortable and shower is large. Nice to have an elevator. Area felt safe.

Cozy studio flat with great location

We had a good stay at this clean flat close to Kensington Gardens. Walking distance to Paddington and Lancaster Gate made it very easy to get around the city. Check in process is ok but not convenient. It would have been nice to have some extra towels and toilet paper since we stayed more than a week. Otherwise a good stay.

Had a lovely weekend break

Great accommodation to use as a base in a fantastic location with lovely coffee shops, restaurant and convenience store and Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube just 2 minute walk away. . Great communication from the host. Definitely recommend.

Little room on a lovely street close to Hyde Park

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. It was on a great street with cafes, shops, and restaurants and was a very short walk to the tube. It is also a 5 minute or less walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park which is a lovely area you have to check out. The check in process was easy, though it does involve picking up and dropping the key off about 5 minutes away. Maria was communicative in the check in and check out process. The flat is small but overall is a good stay for the value.

London Stop

Property was well presented with great location. It is definitely small, but as we were out and about most of the time it was absolutely fine. Maria was very easy to deal with throughout the process. Only downside was not javing any garbage bags - maybe an oversight by the cleaner? Overall we were very happy with pur stay.

Super emplacement !

Logement bien situé dans Londres, avec transports à proximité. Quartier résidentiel calme, proche de Hyde Park. Récupération des clés en autonomie, très pratique. Appartement propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Seuls bémols, le matelas est trop mou (on sent les ressorts) et les murs sont très fins (on entend les voisins).

Great little apartment ideal for exploring London

The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable for our 2 night stay exploring London. Walking distance to 2 underground stations and Paddington station and round the corner from Hyde Park. On a road where there’s little eateries pubs and restaurants so no need to travel far for a nice meal. Just remember to read the instructions for check in before you reach the apartment. It will help!

PERFECT PLACE!

Maria's flat was in the perfect location. It was clean and exactly what my daughter and I needed for our stay in London (it's perfect for 2 people). Paddington Station and Kensington Park are a few minutes walk. The cafes and restaurants on the street all served great food and coffee. There was a small store right next to the flat that had any emergency needs. It was quiet at night even with the windows open. Just perfect!

London studio flat

The flat was in an excellent location close to everything including Hyde Park, Paddington train station, bus,, bike station, metro station, giving you access to all of Central London and its sites. The nearby restaurants were great for breakfast and dinner. However, the flat itself could be improved and refreshed with a new mattress, better pillows and a deep cleaning of the rather tiny bathroom and better kitchen utensils including some glassware. If these improvements took place we would definitely be back.
