Good bones and fun location except for backing up to the bus station. Surface clean, but needs a deep cleaning. Beds could be more comfortable and kitchen could use some upgraded utensils and pans and serving bowls. Better ventilation on hot days would improve this property greatly. Convenient to transportation and groceries.

A really nice, top notch place to stay in London. Very close to Canada Water. Great living facilities and well stocked kitchen. Clean. Parking right outside door.

Fantastic location & great size for large group

We loved this flat! Highly recommend! It was great to have two livings rooms- my in-laws are older and they utilized the bottom floor mostly. It was so easy to get everywhere in London. After a few days even our timid (raised in the country) teens felt comfortable walking the 2 minutes to the tube and going somewhere on their own. It was just so convenient to be so close to the tube/bus station. We walked to eat at two nearby restaurants- The Mayflower (the fish was so good! Better than Golden Chippy) and Canada Water Cafe (my kids begged to go back- everything was delicious).

Great Location and Lodging

House is located in a great spot, right beside the Tube station and in a very safe location. House was large enough for five of us to easily have enough space for ourselves and could have accommodated more if necessary. Check in and out was simple, and when our flight was cancelled on us, the property manager was extremely helpful in extending our stay for a few days. Top marks and would definitely stay here again next time I travel to London.

This property was perfect for my family. The floorplan worked well for the privacy of my grandchildren, their parents, my husband and myself. The requested early check in could have been better, but once inside ALL was a fabulous experience.

Perfect Location; As Advertised

Location was within a few minutes walk to tube station and very accessible to Central London. Host was very responsive. Home was perfect for family with everyone having the space needed. I would strongly recommend this property and not hesitate to stay here again.

Great house in a great location

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 3 tear olda staying at the Pump house and there was plenty of room for us all. The house had everything we needed and having 3 bathrooms allowed us all to have space and easily get ready each day. Having the Canada Waters tube next door (1 minute walk) made getting around quick and easy. There is a Sainsburys (small) just around the corner and a Tesco around 10 minutes walk away so it is easy to get anything that you need. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others. The addition of the christmas tree was also perfect and especially loved by my 3 year old. Thank you for an amazing trip. The house is lovely ina safe gated area

Loved it!

Spacious and clean properly just a 5 minute walk from the Canada Water Station stop on the tube. We felt safe in the house and out in the neighborhood. Plenty of space for 4 senior gals, with 2 comfortable common areas to relax in, have the morning coffee and evening review of the days events. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely book again, and I highly recommend this property!

Nice house but unreliable WiFi and broken microwave

Nice, clean and comfortable 4 floor house located right next to the Canada Water station from where you can hop on the Jubilee line and visit any site in London. The house is in an enclosed complex, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There is a small grocery shop and a good restaurant (Canada Water Café) next to the station. A few downsides to this rental: 1. The WiFi is unreliable. We managed to connect to the WiFi the day before our departure. The house manager (HM) told us to reboot the system, which we did many many times (both modem and router) but to no avail. 2. The microwave does not work. If you plan to heat prepared meals during your stay : forget it. 3. There is only 1 set of keys with the FOB (electronic key) that opens the wooden gates to enter the courtyard of the lot. If your group visits different venues or follows different schedules, this could be a big problem. Apparently, an extra fob has been ordered. 4. The light above the sink in the top floor room bathroom does not work: you must shave or wash in dim light. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this house, but we would have expected some help from the house manager to resolve these issues. Don’t count on it…

Canada Water Oasis

We absolutely loved this renovated Pump House! It was everything and more than what it said it was! Could not recommend this place enough. Canada water station cafe is a must. Also there is a plaza with food trucks 1 min from the property. The crepe truck is also a must! There every day and opens at 10am.

Loved our stay at the pump house

We were a group of 6 friends visiting London for 10 days and this property was absolutely perfect!! It was clean and spacious and gave every one the ability to have private space but there was plenty of room for us to be together too. Nic, the owner, was super responsive and accommodating and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. The proximity to the tube was fabulous and we could be just about anywhere within 20 minutes roughly. We also enjoyed exploring the area around the property. Highly recommend this property.

Roomy and convenient

We have stayed at this flat a couple times now. It has 4 bedrooms and is minutes from the underground and buses. That makes it perfect for my adult children and I. The flat is exactly as presented in the vrbo app. We would definitely stay there again.
