La cucina era completamente attrezzata e molto funzionale. L’unico piccolo inconveniente riguardava la cabina doccia, che aveva un problema nella chiusura delle ante. Tuttavia, grazie alla disponibilità di Joanna, sono intervenuti rapidamente gli operatori per risolvere la situazione. La posizione è davvero eccellente: comodissima la presenza di un Tesco nelle vicinanze per fare la spesa, e a soli 100 metri si trovano la metro e numerose linee di autobus su Oxford Street.

The location in Soho was amazing, and worth the trade off of the noise from the bar under the flat. Just a few minutes to walk to the Tube station and many theaters. The flat has a nice set up with a bedroom with a door and the living space (with the sofa bed) with a door. So there is some privacy in a somewhat small space. The bathroom - and the shower - is very small. It was hard to move in the shower. Nowhere to put anything down (eg toiletry bag) in the bathroom. It was great to have laundry facilities in the unit, this was extremely helpful as we were on a long trip. The kitchen was also well stocked and we enjoyed eating a meal in the unit. While soaps/shampoos were provided, it was only enough for one day so may want to bring your own. The main thing that was disappointing was there were many lightbulbs out in the unit (5 total) and none of our communication with the hosts were responded to throughout our stay.

Perfekt läge

Mycket bra boende centralt med nära till allt. Väldigt fin och ren lägenhet. Då det ligger på en bargata så får du räkna med att det låter en del på nätterna.

Ottima struttura, pulita, in posizione ideale nel contro di SOHO e Londra, vicina a Trasporti e servizi. Essendo su una via piena di locali la notte non è sempre silenziosa. Consigliata.

No contact and no assistance with problems

Arriving Sunday I had a problem in the apartment and called the nummer provided for non-weekdays several times but no response. Tried the other number and no response. I found a number on the website and a person responded and asked fro a lot of information but sid that the office is closed so none could help (even if that was there was promised). He said he will register a case and that I will be contacted next day (Monday), but nobody called me and nobody fixed the problem. I called the weekday number several times Monday and also at this number nobody answered the phone and did not call back after I left a message. I then wrote a mail and there was a response that the tema has left for today but will attend the problem Tuesday as they did but did not fixed the the problem. Access is with codes and there is no receptin and when nobody answers the phone and nobody to solve problems in the weekend it will be a very serious matter if a guest could not enter the apartment. Broken shower hose, 4 pots with to lits and only one fist one of the post. One tiny pan. Very limited toiletries and paper so if we have been 3-4 persons we would ran out after 2 days (6 day stay). Some interior is okay and some worn out. Very much loud noise from partying people outside until 3 am in the night...every night. Good location but be ware that there is a narrow stairway op to the floors with no elevator.

The apartment was very clean… Perfectly located to transportation, theater, restaurants, bars and shopping. This is the second time I’ve stayed in the exact same apartment number 5 on the top floor… It is a walk up, so be aware of that… I believe the odd number apartments… 1–3–5 have the bedrooms in the back of the building… The even numbers 2–4–6… have the bedrooms in the front of the building… There is noise on the streets, so the odd numbers to me were the quieter choice..

Great spot. Cute flat. It is right above a bar with loud music on a Saturday so just know that up to midnight on Saturday the music is loud but you are in the heart of all activities.

I looooooved most of all was how centralized this spot it.Talk about literally being in the center of everything wow!!!! Very clean cozy convinient and easy to find and to get in and out of the unit. I definitely recomend it adn will definitely be returning.

A wonderful stay in a good area of London. Easy to get food and the property is well secured. The owner was nice and easy to communicate with. Definitely a good choice for a family of 3 or 4.

Beware….

First off, this is a fun, great location. If you want to be in the middle of the action and have London at your finger tips, then this is your neighborhood. We would not stay here again based on the below and we would not recommend. The Bad: 1. It is very small. Not much bigger than a hotel room. The 1 bedroom with a double bed is TINY. There is basically nowhere to even open your suitcase. I saw reviews that said it was great for their family of four. I literally have no idea how this would be possible. Our family of three had suitcases in the hallway, on the kitchen table. There was hardly any where to move around. 2. The double bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Not much else to say. 3. The pullout sofa, as my daughter said, was the most uncomfortable pull out sofa she has ever slept on. 4. The shower in the bathroom was awful. Not sure if that type of shower is normal in London, but the pressure was horrible and the stall itself was tiny. There is literally no counter space or even an electric plug in the bathroom. My wife did her makeup and hair in the kitchen. 5. No A/C. Fortunately it was a cool 4 summer days in the London. Had it been hot, this would have been awful. All the windows open, but it is VERY loud at night. The Good: 1. The WiFi worked well

Great location, but sound and light pollution.

Location of the property was excellent! Close to transport, plenty of excellent eating choices around, walking distance to many interesting place! However, please note that it is just above a pub, along a street with many pubs. Pubs opens till 12am, and party goes tends to hang out beyond closing. Pub staff clears the place (bottles clanging into the crates) for another half hour. By the time it quietens down is typically between 1am and 2am. Had to open the windows for air (no AC), which brings in the sound, we can practically listen in to the conversations happening at the street level. Windows don’t have black out curtains. The louvers let in the morning light from 5am, because it’s summer. Fortunately, I don’t need much sleep, so it’s okay. However, if you do need more than 3 to 4 hrs of sleep, do take my experience into consideration.

Appartement neuf, facilité d acces grace aux codes pour pénétrer dans l appartement en toute autonomie. Propreté du logement, serviette et drap a disposition meme ceux pour le canape lit. Thé et café avec des biscuits pour l accueil donc très sympas et que dire du quartier : juste exceptionnelle, a chaque coin de rue un Pub ou une salle de spectacle ou un club de musique. C est situé au milieu de la plus part des centres d interet de Londres. Nous avons tout fais en Bus moins cher qie le metro et moin bondé. Camden a 12 mn en bus, big ben a 10 mn en bus, etc...rien n est loin de soho.A ameliorer dans l appart n*4: pas de meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain et il manque un.micro onde, ( equipements bien pratique en vacance. ) oui il y a du bruit dans la rue mais c est normal , Soho est un quartier ou on sort et ou on vit meme les soirs de semaine, avec des bouchons dans les oreilles ca passe tres bien. Pour les fans d Amy winehouse : le club ou elle a démarré est juste en bas de l appart et c est toujours Sam shaker qui en est le Patron, on y a passe une excellente soiree...

Rental company changed location of the apartment

We was given another apartment 10-15 minutes away from where we originally booked. We was given this information in a looong email and there was nothing explaining that they had moved location. The apartment was spacey, clean and nice. No air conditioning which will be an issue in the summertime when it gets really hot. Hotels.com gave a voucher as compensation

Divinement bien placé au cœur de SOHO. L appartement est bien pour 4. Il y a suffisamment de place. Attention toutefois aux vendredis et samedis soir qui peuvent très bruyant, vu que l appartement est situé au dessus d un PUB... Jusqu'à 2h du matin boules quies obligatoires... En semaine vous dormirez sur vos 2 oreilles 😁

Cute small central place for one or two nights.

This is a small modern place in the heart of soho so expect to need earplugs if you go to bed early. You are in the vibrant heart of London with every type of evening entertainment outside your window or below your bedroom. The apartment is small but modern and comfortable with good kitchen including dishwasher and washer drier. You can walk to everywhere and both buses and tube are minutes away. Downside is even for ten nights there is no cleaning or towel changes. You need to do your own laundry. The pillows in flat 1 are filthy and you only realise that when you do the laundry. They need to be replaced. The shower is tiny and if you are on the larger side you may not fit in the door. The shower was broken when we arrived Saturday and as there is no weekend maintenance we had only cold water until Monday when they replaced the shower unit. Nice little place overall but kind of limited service for more than a couple of days. Next time we will go fully serviced for a week or longer stay.
