Great stay in Notting Hill. The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a perfect location. The host was very responsive and provided all the check-in details, making everything smooth and easy. Overall, really satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

This Apartment was really nice for a family of four, With complimentary water,milk and orange juice which is a lovely touch. Very clean, comfortable clean beds, quite location with shops and restaurants round the corner, communication from host was great, definitely be going back to this lovely flat in notting hill

This property worked well for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was close to multiple tube lines which was a plus. There were also excellent dining close by. We felt safe in the community.n Clifford was welcoming and excellent regarding communication for anything we needed.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the subway and at walking distance from Portobello Road Maket. We had a great time and communication with Clifford, our host, was excellent.

we spent 6 nights here for a family vacation. it’s a nice neighborhood, around 8 mins fr the tube station with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Clifford was very responsive to our questions and requests. basic necessities provided such as towels, laundry wash, shower gels, shampoos, detergent… will definitely rebook for my next trip!

Nice apartment, but hot during summer

Nice location and the apartment was also quite nice. It was quite warm weather in June and the apartment was very hot (+25 / +28) even with windows open during night. An AC would be necessary, because now it was almost impossible to sleep. Also poor Internet. Otherwise a really nice stay in Notting Hill.

Great apartment! Clean, updated, comfortable. The location is perfect, a three-minute walk to Portobello Road and all that it offers. As other reviewers have said, Clifford is very responsive to any needs. Our apartment was on the third level, which needs to be considered if you have heavy bags or mobility issues. A great rental overall, highly recomnended.

The apartment is clean, well organized. Host provided milk, juice and very good coffee! Instructions through WhatsApp is crystal clear, very smooth check-in and check-out process. Location is very close to portobello road market, and need bus like #70, 52 ,7 to travel to down town area, about 20-30mins away. There could be noise from back side when window is opened, but it quiet down at night. The neighborhood is safe to walk at night, and plenty of food options nearby. Will highly recommend to others.

It is my first time to stay in a home-based accommodation when travel. But, I have a good experience with my first trial with the apartment. The location is convenient to city center with mass transit and supermarkets. Also, I did had a non-standard requirement for the house owner Clifford. He has been helpful to solve my problem. As a conclusion, I will stay in the same place again when I travel to London next time and recommend it to my other friends.

Nice quaint little apartment outside the city area

Pictures are not what we stayed in - small apartment beds were comfortable - owner provided juice, water and milk for our stay. Soaps and shampoos are provided in bathroom. One issue was the windows in the front do not open and it was warm in the apartment - the back bedroom windows could be opened but downstairs restaurant workers were loud and smoking so smoke came right up into the bedroom so we had to close the windows. Owner does communicate well so if you need assistance he will respond in a timely manner.

Our family stay in London was excellent, thanks to this rental. The property was in great condition—truly clean and felt very comfortable. Its convenient location made getting around London with the family a breeze. We also had a very positive experience with the owner, who was prompt, friendly, and highly responsive to our messages.

Cute apartment located in a great area. Within about a 15 min walk to the tube, and had lots of shopping and restaurants around. Host was very easy to contact, and it was an easy check in and check out. Overall great stay.

Very functional and very cute accommodation! Good area close to Notting Hill and close to tube stations. Good communication with Clifford! The only negative point and not the least there is a very bad soundproofing which is not due to the accommodation itself but to the building : the slightest step everything starts to crack, we hear the discussions of the neighbors.. So you don't have to be sensitive to noise at all! Otherwise that it was a very good stay in London!

Lovely little find

Clifford was great, met at check in and was super helpful. The beds were comfy; the area was quiet and at night. Lots of pubs, shops and restaurants in the area. Would happily stay again.
