"The property was pet-friendly, and even had some toys for the dogs to play with. It was very neat and well laid out for the size, which made it very comfortable. "We had stayed there in the past but under previous owners. The new owners have made many excellent changes. I can't think of anything that this Vrbo rental doesn't have. Very clean. All guests were completely satisfied & loved the place, which is huge because there is always that one!!! Owners are very accommodating & quick to respond to any requests or needs before & during stay.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND & WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WITH FAMILY"

"I stayed at this property with friends over Labor Day weekend , and our experience was excellent. The home was exceptionally clean n well maintained with an abundance of towels provided in both the kitchen n bathrooms. The owner, Deb was very courteous n responded promptly to all communications . Overall everything exceeded our expectations n I would highly recommend this property to others n look forward to staying here again in the future . "

"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."
