"The cabin is set back in a large stand of mature Live Oaks and Cedar Elms which provide lots of shade and the patio is huge, great for meals and hanging out. The cabin is incredibly clean, well decorated (rustic), very cozy, relaxing and well stocked with most everything you might need. The well water is delicious and clean! We really enjoyed the goats visiting us in the morning and evening. They are very respectful and Mayor Ringo is affectionate like a dog, he loves to be petted! Beth...

"We had a wonderful girls weekend at the Peaceful Country Retreat with my best friend and her two daughters. The house was perfect and very spacious and lots to keep the kids entertained without having to leave the house for the weekend. We caught so many good size bass and enjoyed cooking out and enjoying the back porch and the scenery. Kelly was very responsive and helpful when needed we can't wait to come back! "
