"It was an incredible stay in a peaceful, beautiful part of Texas. The hiking offered around the property was gorgeous with views of the surrounding terrain. We were warm after our hike so we swam in the pool, it was very clean and perfect temperature to help cool us down. The free roaming animals were sweet and beautiful, they greeted us shortly after arrival! The back porch was lovely for breakfast or coffee in the mornings. "Our stay was awesome. Seeing the animals and feeding the giraffes was a huge hit for the whole group. We had adults and little kids. We caught fish in the pond. The ranch manager was available to help with anything we needed and they were very accommodating. The cottage itself is in really great shape. The pool is not heated, so if you are booking during colder months be prepared for that. "
