Outside was beautiful. Secluded and nice quote setting. Loved the pond. We left a day early, to go on get back home. Please look into getting floors repaired and mopping. I know it’s hard when dogs are there. Front and rear doors are a pain to shut and need adjusted. Other than this not too bad of a stay. Thank you.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was so cozy and clean and the hot tub was wonderful that we ended up just staying in the first night to enjoy it !! The grounds were great and we walked around the pond everyday. Cant wait to go again.

Very cute and quaint in a beautiful, easy to get to location. Great for a couples getaway. Local market store and a restaurant or two within a couple of miles. I would say bring extra blankets especially in the colder months if you like to curl up in the couch. They were also fighting a lady beetle invasion through no fault of the owners. My wife and I had a wonderful time and would definitely do it again!

Hot tub was clean very nice. The cabin itself surface cleaning was pretty good. Found candy wrappers on the floor.Windows need cleaning.But what we used it for was perfect.

I didn't want to share the area or have people walking by my cabin a few feet away as happened. The listing made it sound like I'd have the whole area to myself. The listing said "offers a serene escape on 54 acres of pristine nature. Enjoy the tranquility of your private lake and explore the expansive, wooded grounds right outside your door. Ideal for a peaceful retreat or cozy getaway." I suggest that the owner create fence or shrub barriers between Butterfly and Firefly cabins on both sides of the pond and driveway. Everything was clean and a lot of investment in providing modern amenities. Could have used a few more items, like a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom, coat hooks on doors and at entrances, end table with lamp (or small coffee table) in living room.

The cabin was wonderful. Perfect for our getaway. Having the pond right outside was great. We booked specifically for this. I had wonderful time fishing. The only negative is the listing map shows the Cabin in Logan rather than mcarther. Drive time to Hocking Hills sights is roughly the same, other than attractions in Logan. Will definitely stay again

The cabin is in a very peaceful location with beautiful grounds and a well maintained pond. The cabin itself was immaculate and had everything we could want, including a very nice hot tub. We will definitely be coming back.

The porches in front and back needed to be swept. I know the leaves are starting to fall but they have not been swept in a long while. It was very cozy otherwise.

Property and privacy was great with the dogs. Cabin can use some updating and septic/bathroom had a smell to it. Windows were very dirty. Flooring was old and very worn in areas. A bit disappointing for the overall price.

Everything was just as described with no surprises! Check in was a breeze and the property was quaint and quiet. Love the pond and definitely has some good fishing! It was a perfect getaway to unwind from city life for a few days. Hocking hills is no more than 30 minutes away, mostly due to the winding roads to get there. Town (McArthur) is 5 minutes away with some gas stations and a local market, in case you forgot to bring anything with you. Will certainly be back to this location!

The cabin and grounds are very peaceful. The cabin was very clean and had pretty much all we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out at the pond and wildlife.

Cabin was perfect for 2 people, only complaint is the description of “things to do near by” needs to be updated. Places listed at a couple minute drive are actually a half hour out from the cabin. Definitely will book again.

Perfect little cabin in the woods!!! The property is amazing..Fishing at the pond was awesome..We hooked 25 blue gill 1 catfish and 1 turtle!!The flower garden is amazing..We will definitely be back to this cabin again!!

Butterfly crossing

Cabin was fine. Back porch and hot tub was horrible hot tub was not clean and green moss all over deck and stairs to hot tub. It was like being on a ice skating trip. Fell and was injured. Ruined the rest of my trip.
