House is part of a triplex, this is the middle unit. no one else was occupying the other units. Plenty of parking. Great deck, BBQ in back, Traeger smoker in back works. The weather was cold so neither used. Truly lake-front. very clean. Comfortable furniture. No complaints at all.

This home was amazing- the house was so clean, comfortable and quiet! The views were incredible and the deck space was perfect. Great communication! We plan to stay here during future visits! Loved it!

GREAT LOCATION BUT THE OWNERS COULD STAND TO PUT SOME EFFORT IN THE MAINTAINCE OF THE PROPERTY . SUCH AS , GET RID OF BAR-B-QS THAT HAVE BEES NEST IN THEM. BEACH COULD BE NICER WITHOUT ALL THE WEEDS AND HIGH GRASS . ASK THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM TO GET CLEANERS TO DO MORE DETAILED CLEANING. DECK FURNITURE CUSHIONS SHOULD BE BROUGHT INSIDE AFTER EACH RENTAL. I GIVE HIGH MARKS TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WHO RESPONDED TO OUR PHONE CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER.

We had the greatest time at Bear lake in Garden city. Love the view from our rental and our rental pontoon boat was the high lite. Our Grandson said it was the greatest time of his life.

Our 3-year-old grandson enjoyed the big grassy area and playground equipment. The lake was very low, which exposed a great sand bar beach, that everyone enjoyed. The property manager, Matt, was great to work with. He answered all our questions before our arrival and responded quickly and thoroughly when there were problems between other tenants while we were there. He definitely deserves a 5-star+ rating. Go Matt :)

First off and big issue in summer, unit #2 has no air conditioning. It has overhead and floor fans throughout the unit which help move the air, but on the days we were there the temperatures were very warm and the unit became uncomfortably hot in the afternoons. The other 2 rental units on either side of this one have A/C, so I don't know why this one doesn't. Otherwise, the property is nice. It comfortably (aside from the lack of A/C), accommodated the 10 family members who actually stayed there, as well as having room for our extended group of 10 more who were there for meals, games and family time. The bedrooms were comfortable, as were the beds, although it would be nice to have appropriate furniture (chest of drawers) in all of them so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. When we arrived, the freezer section of the refrigerator in the kitchen was dirty so we had to clean it out before we could use it. Also, the hanging lights over the kitchen sink and countertop were filthy with dirt, dust and hundreds of little flying-type dead bugs stuck to them. Both outside BBQ grills were filthy. I texted property manager Matt and he quickly responded by refunding a portion of the cleaning fee, which was appreciated. Otherwise, the unit was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen, cooking and meal prep needs. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were small but adequate and clean. The listing states and shows that there is a dock in the back that goes into the lake. There is a dock. It doesn't go into the lake. The pictures of the dock on the listing are misleading. The water level of the lake has gone down considerably due to the drought, so at this point the dock is useless. The dock is on wheels and so I'd think they could move it down the shore and into the water and thereby make it useful, but that's not the case. The property description also lists having a kayak and paddle board available for guest use. Both items were there, but the kayak had a large hole in the bottom of it that someone tried to repair by taping it over, but we found that it quickly took on water so it was unusable. It's the little things that make all the difference between having a great, or a so-so vacation property experience. When you pay the kind of price you do for a "turn key" vacation spot like this, you expect it to be in tip-top shape, as advertised. Sadly, all things considered, this one was more so-so, as I've rated.

very large lawn area for children to play on, easy access to water, within walking distance of many Garden City attractions and grocery store, beds were a little hard for my back, otherwise well maintained condominium. I would highly recommend vacation this vacation rental to other family and friends.

I thought the location was excellent although the lake was low… Our family still had a great time. Everything was wonderful and the property manager was very responsive when we had a concern. Great stay.

Great stay with extended family. We had 17 sleeping there and all in all it was great, but sleeping was a bit tight. The sleeping pads and sofa bed were not very comfortable, but everyone slept fine! Besides that, no complaints, will stay again.

The set up of this property and the view was amazing plenty of room. Close to the store and shops. Really a great place to stay we all loved it. Will stay here again next year.

This is our second time renting this property. We stayed both times at Spinnaker #2. We rented it while school was still in session which was mid May. The first thing we noticed was that that dock was not in the water and the HOA does not put it out till May 28th but that did not stop us from fishing and kayaking. We brought our two kiddie kayaks since the property provides you with one paddle board and one kayak. We spent most of our time at the property. We played frisbee in the yard, kayaked and fished. We also brought firewood to build a fire and made smores. The place has everything you need for your stay. We cooked and barbecued some meals and ate out a couple of times too. We went to North Beach State park (Idaho) 20 min drive so kids could have some beach time. There is Rendezvous beach close by if you prefer that. Make sure you have cash for the entrance fees around $7-8. Only a few places were open when we were there but I think they all open up on the weekends. We ate at the Crepes shop and did burgers and shakes at one of the other places. We also went on a bike ride from rentals at bike barn. We saw a family of geese and babies on the property and in the water and a bald eagle in the trees. Although we didn’t catch any fish we saw some enormous ones in the clear lake water while kayaking. Netflix and Disney plus and all the apps are available with your own login info which is what we use. Just remember to log out. The lights and fans work with remotes too so hopefully the batteries have been replaced. The place has lots of stairs so if you can’t do stairs then this is not the place for you. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and hope to be back in the fall and every year. My family loves this place , the lake is in the backyard and has everything you need. It is a 3 part condo so we rented number 2 so 1 and 3 were empty which was nice for us. We had the whole place to ourselves :)

The location of this property was stunning. Property was well stocked with towels, toiletries and cooking supplies. Property manager was great to work with. Some TLC needed with property maintenance (cleaning, bathroom fixtures and kitchen appliances) and my family staying in the upper levels kept running out of hot water. Overall this is a beautiful home that could house large parties would definitely stay here again. Maybe during the summer :)

Absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and to dining in town. Super convent when the road was packed to walk down and grab a raspberry shake and be back in the dock to watch the sunset before the boat left the marina. Definitely will be back.

This is a very nice place to stay. The clean-up crew could do a better job, but we loved the location to the beach and having an extra paddle board and canoe. Didn't love that many stairs and people from the other two places kept walking into the bottom two rooms. Especially children. We like two tv's and wish we had another fridge. We really liked having a washer and dryer.

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this rental in Bear Lake. The location of the condo can’t be beat, with amazing views of the lake. The condo has been recently updated and is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Our kids loved the 3rd floor bunk room. We would definitely come back!
